Firstly, I don't think they're doing anymore Dev on the project, I mean the last update was a year ago.
Secondly, I think they left the game without a crosshair for a reason, huds generally are obstructive, and a game like this doesn't need one.

The fact that the Dinos are hard to kill adds an aspect of challenge, something you almost never see in AAA games these days :/ .

Quite frankly this game is perfect as it is, 1980x1080 res would be nice though :P, just my two bits.

And as far as I know, quite a few people still play it, I've got more than 600 hits on downloads...But I get what you mean. Sadly most games nowadays don't have mod support, and if they do, it's nothing like older games.(Save Skyrim I guess)

The MAC version is taking a while to upload, and the windows version is awaiting authorization, so I'm going to bump the release date to tomorrow, however the file might be authorized early :) So feel free to get some early access. :)

Leaving Earth, or Creation (ME3)

Being a one man team is difficult, and stuff takes a while to do but; The mp part is basically finished :/ I have like 6 maps that I don't post images for, and theres quite a lot of content that I haven't put pictures of on moddb... Hey, at least it's not dead like most of the jk3 mods on moddb.

It's done...I might add some more stuff later on, but V1.0 is released, DEX and I might release a singleplayer mod later on, but the mp is pretty much complete ;)

I agree with Skeybar.

I found that bioware got the movement system just right in this one (compared to ME2).

One of the downsides was the Dialogue system, you had maybe 2 choices in a 2 minute long cutscene, compared to the other 2 games it's quite sad, I guess you could see ME3 as being less "Make your choices" and more "You did this in ME1, this is what happened".

The worst thing was the lack of a formal ending, the ending itself was okay, I get that it's a tragedy, but the execution was really bad. Maybe bioware wants to continue the story arch from ME3 with a new protagonist?

Im not too sure about updating...Maybe it'll be too much of a change, anyways, I'll download the update and try it out.

I gave the Greek ruins a try, and ended up making something completely different :P, I'll give it another shot as soon as I finish off the not-Greek-ruins-map-that- should-have-been-Greek-ruins. :D (stupid moddb doesnt allow 50 character words...
