Early access game review

This is the first time a game had me so enraged. I'll admit this based on one sandbox game experience, but the fact that the game design allowed such an experience is why I feel it is merited. I spawned in an epic sized world of copy and paste trees as far as my character could go. I travel forever and found nothing after the starting house; endless wandering down roads/dirt paths/railroad tracks until death is freaking boring! Granted maybe I went in the wrong direction of civilization, but for such a simple decision to turn a game from fun to abysmal is ridiculous. There is should be no reason for me to find the game I am playing; to elaborate the game world I saw in my trek was completely void of anything to interact with. Large game worlds can be good, but not when you can only see like 50 feet in front of yourself, and the only thing there is a copy and paste of what is behind you.
