Turrets! Are you going to use them for some kind of ship or they gotta be stationary?

I'm gonna use the turret as stationary gun on the ship as you can see from our mod progress.
The ship I was going to use it is Kiev Class Aircraft Carrier and Moskva Class ASW Carrier.
