I have to say that what you wrote as features(excluding VR etc dream stuff) looks very cool and appealing.
First big question:
Knowing ZH your mod make a perfect and amazing parody, but what will you make fun off in your own and first game ? Units in Crazy mod are making fun of units we all know thanks to years and years of fun with ZH. Ofc you have some unique units too but can you honestly say most of units arent just silly parody versions of original ? If you are a mastermind you can pull-off all-not-ZH-related units but in that stage it will have nothing to do with crazy mod at all and be really on edge if its just silly or actually working.
Unless you find some ground-breaking game mechanics and do a perfect job presenting them "on paper" and win a jackpot via some sort of kickstarter i have to agree with the guy writing so much. You can adjust your time-line as far as you want and add as many skills for yourself as you want, but the fact of needed HUGE team e.g. money to just try is undeniable. Unless you start stripping a hell lot from your list.
Still, fingers crossed for whatever you decide to do. Maybe you are an alien which can do it. I love your mod and wish you all the luck! <3
