There are two ways to do it, I will tell you the easiest way for me to explain.
Go to the ARMA3 directory, where "arma3.exe" is located.
Drop the 3 folders there; "@TEI", "Keys", and "userconfig" click yes to merge folders.
Don't forget you need "CBA" to get to work, and you need to enable it in the ARMA3 menu.

I have been watching this mod a while now.
I've seen it go from concept to a usable full conversion, and I've got to say that of the many mods I watch this one often gets me excited!
