This is quite an amazing game! (Single or multi player)
Theres lots of quests to do and lots to customize to your play style.
The story is an extra nice bonus that gives meaning to your journey.
You are part of a giant war thats constantly going on on the planet.
Uncover the mystery of those who were there before the war.
The combat is excellent and all in real time, but there is a bullet time like skill (time rip) for the hairiest of situations.
LOOT FANS REJOICE! Never before have i seen a game with so much customizable items. From your weapons (melee & guns), armor, to the curcuits you can carry to expand your stats.
Pretty much everything is customizable, you can even build your own base where and how you want it. You can travel by foot, swim, use a hover board, pilot air ships, use teleporters...
Do quests, build up skills/stats, fight giant bosses and come to one of multiple endings to the game.
There is alot of reasoning as to why this game has such a high average score here at Desura. Its simply one of the best games on the site!

Also this game looks good but the fairly simple geometry makes it easy to run and run smooth.
Between the start menue settings & in game options it has quite a few graphic settings that can be changed, also most all the buttons used to play are fully configurable.

Due to some issues with the search engine on steam GL this game is not showing up in searches. How about sharring a vote for this gem? FPS/RPG is a far too often overlooked genre from most of the "big developers". Gamers deserve the chance to be exposed to 3089. vote page at link below,

A fairly strait forword tps.
The zombies show up in waves.
You start with only a pistol but some zombies drop money as they die.
So you pick up the money & between waves you can access the store to buy lots of goodies from an assortment of guns like a shot gun, flamethrower, rocket launcher, sniper rifle, exc, to baricades of different strengths and last but not least "your best friend" the turrent.
A gun of any type can be placed on a turrent and will auto fire on the enemy closest to it.
It's only a matter of time before you get overwhelmed in this zombie wave survival game but random sales in the shop can affect the best strategy to go for and helps to add replay value.

Its pretty basic shooter but what is done here is done very well and it has low requirements, so it runs very smooth.

At this point (Alpha stage)this is shaping up to be a very good TDG.
There are 4 basic towers which can be upgraded with 10 differnt mods each. Example a basic poison tower can be modded to slowdown enemies as well as poison them.
This is done by winning maps and useing a research point to gain a tower specific mod, similar to a skill point/tree in an RPG.
The next round the mod is avalible as an upgrade for the tower.
With 40 mods avalible in the game it give a very nice variety of upgrades to keep the meanies away from thier objective.
At this point there are 15 maps, a fair amount of enemies (about 10 different).
I actualy would have rated this at 8.5 but desura seemed to only take rounded numbers. I gave the extra .5 as a sign of faith in the quality of work done so far.
As a TDG fan i have played hundreds of different TDG (free & paid) and being an alpha there are a couple of tweeks that need to be done, but this game is already beyond most all TDG in quality and content.
At least play the Demo if you're a TDG fan and give it a try.
