Further view of the rig that I have done.
Spline for the mouth, I tested those on a calamari ring(torus) it did rig quite well on it. And hence those are more pratical than bone on round articulation those where used for the mouth

Modified the hiearchy because bone->bone, the bone get stuck in its position and the whole armature follow. but if it done like that
bone->point->bone. The bone can be freely moved and give a better feel
