Yes.
Gotta go with Number 2.
Right now, there's nothing dangerous in the ocean.
We are thinking of either a Plesiosaur, or Tylosaurus.
I can assure you, if we have some "tiny" feathers on the raptors they'll still be mighty terrifying.
No killable dinosaurs. We feel like there isn't much of a risk if you can kill them to get out of situations. No weapons. Just rocks to distract them.
Besides, there won't be many tiny dinosaurs.
As it stands right now it's about ten minutes.
I'll probably increase it to about half an hour.
There will be flares, and they are ways to defend yourself. You just won't be able to kill anything.
That's the plan, mate.
But it wouldn't be as scary ;)
It's a horror game.
I don't really know yet at this point in time. Hunger maybe. We'll see!
Thanks by the way!
It's a place-holder one I snagged to test out concepts/code from here - Tf3dm.com
I'll definitely bring that up with the modelers if it's of any interest.
Nothing really inspirational aside from the original Dino Crisis series. We just want to make a truly, terrifying horror experience with dinosaurs.
Thanks!
I think I watched your Let's Play for Zombies On A Plane yesterday...
****, I should added how to do that.
Go here to download the game's engine - Byond.com
Then once installed run the BYOND Executable (little orange monitor) inside the zip folder of the game.
Go right ahead. Link the video if possible.
Well, concept artists draw them up and the modelers will model them in programs like Blender, etc. And yes, they'll be detailed.
That seems sort of cliched, no offense. Plus, I feel like after players see it for the initial time it would lose its appeal. Thanks for the suggestion though!
