It says that it costs experience levels and also, did you notice the bookshelves in the background? Maybe you need lots of 'em surrounding the enchantement table to make the spells work?.. Mystery.. :O

Well, you have to know two things:
- This is not official, rather an official model ruined by crappy unfinished poses..
- Only the model was made by the ZEQ2Lite developpers' team, this mister only made the animations of his to it, this doesn't belong in the front page in any way, I say! ಠ_ರೃ

That's why I always back-up my worlds :P in
appdata%/roaming/.minecraft/saves you just copy/paste the folder out then play as much as you want without worrying, but in case you mess up (die in hardcore or blow up your house) just replace the folder with the one you've saved, tadaaaa ! =D
