Is it just me, or are there some smoothing issues going on with those containers? Other than that, great job man!

I wonder, can you be killed by flying weapons dropped by dead enemies?
I'm not sure this is a good ship design to use for fighters. I always imagined the carriers to have large assed fighter bays (similar in design to the Normandy II cargo area), that allow the fighters to be 'dropped' into space. Not to mention the fact it would also coincide with the design of the other Systems Alliance vessels (their cargo bays that is).
The installer seems to keep running into a fatal error whenever it has to download the bespin files. Help?
Actually, I found that swapping with weapons on the ground fixes the bug. Does give me minus 8000 grenades :/ though
For some reason I get a bug where several of my controls seem to stop responding, including weapon switching and aiming down sight/scope. Is this a common bug, I had it in the mod version as well.
Oh boy! I'm excited :D
I liked what I saw
Now this is what I want to see.
This looks like an awesome game, and for only 240ms, I'd buy it if we had the indie marketplace in the Netherlands
The one in the middle reminds me of Hellsing Arms 'The Jackal' used by Alucard, mainly because of the size of the slide.
Woop, Salvador Dali enters the world of Overgrowth
That has to be the best money making strategy ever
I lolled at the active ragdolls, those should be kept in the final product, as an easteregg maybe.
That looks cool, very simple workflow. It however seems as if it doesn't matter where the objects are located as long as they are located within the main Overgrowth folder or one of it's subfolders. Whilst this allows for everyone that uses the engine to lay out the data the way they want it, I can foresee huge a huge mess in Overgrowth folders due to a lack set pipeline rules.
I have to agree, 'the chronicles of survivors' doesn't really roll off your tongue as well as 'The Survivor Chronicles'.
Is Egoraptor going to do the voices as well?
*crosses fingers in anticipation*
The demo is complaining I'm missing the d2d1.dll file (direct2d?), I have seen the directX installer pop up, but it says that mine is up to date and doesn't install anything.
I agree with Thomas2, fiend nerfs were not needed, they are a very balanced class due to their low health. They are pretty easy to kill already with the reaver. It already takes two hits to kill any given slayer, which is hard enough as it is. I suspect the number of fiends will decrease dramatically.
As for the gore, thank god for lowering the health, but perhaps making their cloak a bit flawed would have been better (perhaps by adding some predator like distortion or by making them not completely transparent).
If this means we can hope to shoot hopeless NK soldiers, then I'm already happy. The inclusion of such epic environments simply makes me ecstatic.
Will his eyes affect weapon accuracy by any chance? :P
I'm wondering when we're going to get the first glimpse of hyperion vs POM battles (whispers and sectorknights vs bulls that is :P)
Whilst I like the idea, I'm a bit afraid that some of the publicity indie games are getting might be lost this way seeing as it gets covered on another site now, or did I miss the point entirely?
I'll venture a guess, the new character is one of those wild creatures from the original halo alpha material?
Same here, the installer is telling me the file is corrupted and that I should download it again, but when I downloaded it again from moddb it was still corrupted.
Isn't that the song that Johnson listens to as they drop into the Swamp? Anyways, the map(s)? look great, can't wait to play this.
I can totally imagine me sending out legions of POM soldiers to crush the Hyperion with this song playing in the background.
First of all, an epic piece of work.
Secondly, Chuck as in Chuck that went to Vortex? Or another Chuck?
