It really all depends on the game. If it is very story based and the environments need to be the same for everyone then Hand-made is good, as it also will save the beautiful.

However if you made a horror game sometimes procedurally generated levels will be great because that way it will be different for each player making sure everyone gets scared. I made a procedurally generated horror game and it worked so well making it really hard for each player. Daylight is also another good example on the Unreal Engine 4.

The Vehicle is looking good.
However your gun barrel has some pointless tries, compared to the main body you might want to reduce it. Make it about 12 and just smooth the normals. You can do this by making sure your in the Polygons menu, select the edges that go around the tube (not the top cap unless you want to) then go to normals and select soften edges.

One last thing your model under the name 'guess' has a shape that has more then 5 sides, I am assuming you maybe used booleans. To check your model is ready for a game engine go to Mesh>Clean up make sure operation is set too selecting matching polygons and on the fix to tessellation you have faces with more then 4 sides checked then click clean up (make sure your model is selected). Faces that are shaded need to be fixed.
