I know it's not intended to be a simulation, but still: The Waffen SS didn't wear black uniforms, black is the color of the Allgemeine SS. The Waffen SS wore either "feldgrau" or camouflage uniforms as far as I know. ;)

I wonder: What does the mod's name "Tod Hund!" mean? A direct translation from German gives simply the two words "Death Dog!". Does it mean "Dog [of] Death" (a new, nefarious Nazi secret project?) or "Death [to the] Dog!" (because these darn German sheperds are a pain in the game)?

Fantastic work, I'm very fascinated by the colonial wars and what you do is just great! If you allow, some nitpicks: The famous Schutztruppen-hat is folded up on the right side, not on the left. The hatband, the brim and the rest of the uniform should have the same color (in the image the hatband is white - like the uniforms for German East Africa - and the brim of the hat and the rest of the uniform are blue - like the uniforms for German Southwest Africa).
Anyway, great work!

No frustration at all here, on the contrary: I'm glad you take your time for the DC. It will be the crowning finish of that outstanding and unparalleled project. I've been following Total Chaos for all the years of development, so a few months more for the glorious final polish don't bother me at all. I'm sure the experience will be worth it.

I'm having a real blast with it! I like the intelligent level design and that the fights require quite a little bit of tactic and dexterity with the limited ammo and the necessity to go into close combat. I'm only at level 4 but so far I'm really enjoying TGP very much. The idea to implement an upgrade system is also very motivating. I'll give a proper review when I reach the end. :)

I sure hope that's no april fool hoax - that would break my heart.

Incredible! I'm shocked by your development speed, and your game gets better and better all the time. The forest-screenshot gives me the heebie-jeebies and the "Rotten" looks horrifiying. I'm glad you decided to bring all the additional things in one big and final version. I already considered the early alpha years ago to be a masterpiece. What you do here is simply unparalleled. Thank you for your great dedication, Total Chaos has already earned a very special place in my old gamer's heart. It's a game I'll definitively keep in my collection for the years to come. :)

I fully understand, in that case it's definitively better to use english voices with some minor german accents instead of totally unfitting german sentences.

What a fascinating and original mod project! I'm looking forward to every news you give us. The only thing I'd wish would be voice acting in german language with english subtitles ingame - that would enhance the immersion immensely in my opinion. But that's just an idea. :)
