The eating animation is something I would expect from a flash game. Now, maybe I've just become overly excited about this game but this looks like it would keep me occupied for about ten minutes.
I'm sure you guys work very hard, but seriously, that eating animation is horrid.
Do you think you'll be able to add animations to idle units? (For Example... maybe an idle unit will look around or at least look as if he's "alive", as in breathing.)

I'm pretty sure arrows don't pierce metal. That is a major thing I dislike about Mount & Blade plus the expansion, the fact that arrows pierce metal shields and stone walls, building, etc.

Do you really need to ask that question? Do you honestly believe the voices will not be changed. Use a little common sense when asking a question, it goes a long way in improving the comprehension of the question that is being asked.
I didn't uninstall anything dealing with Medieval II: Kingdoms nor Third Age: Total War. I just downloaded & installed the new patch 2.0, both parts, part 1 first then part 2 and began the game. It's worked like a charm so far. On turn 30 of the Fellowship campaign and it's extremely hard, ha-ha. The Balrog killed me around four times before finally pulling off the victory.
It has a setup.exe that automatically runs of course if that is what you are referring to.
Interesting and it would make it easier to fight the elves late-game. I played as a Dwarves and sort of broke the lore by fighting both elven factions and got destroyed near the end of the war. I finally had to make peace but I had to offer a lot of money, I'm talking 30-40k to improve the relations before settling peace. Then around 30 turns later a huge invasion began on about three of my settlements. I held out though and eventually ended the game on a happy scale.
I'm enjoying the mod and I'm not sure what is up with the bug complaints. I've played through the Third Age campaign with Eriador without encountering one single bug or even glitch. If I happen to come across any while playing the Fellowship campaign, I'll be sure to post on the Twcenter thread.
