For 4 years now, I have not eaten anything when it comes to candy, potato chips or drank a single soda. I'm not kidding, I haven't eaten or drank anything of that stuff for 4 years now just to go down in weight.
And now I'm going to work out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All from 2-6 hours, so I'm going to be really busy does days. So the first day in may 2020 I hope everything worked out as I hope for and maybe just maybe I can take one soda for the first time in 5 years.

Waaaait what!? Not a singel piece, are you for real? 4 years and now you are going to do it one more year and train as well. That's really impreesive of you.
I could not even go one week without at least one bit of something sweet. But I never gain weight from it, so I never thought about it since I been thin all my life, but I'm just 18 and who knows what the future has in store for all of us.

Man i wish you luck. A year ago i fell in love. I looked at the girl that looks like a supermodel and then i had a look at myself...and i had to change. I was a fat dude with the weight of 113kg, now i'm down to 78kg and full of muscles. Gym 6 days a week, eating healthy etc. It changed my life.
