I'd count this through hours... I'm estimating that it took my last project around 150-200 hours to finalize and complete. I've got 86 hours on the clock for the game I'm currently working on (TToR), but I'm only 30% through, meaning that it would probably way over 300 hours to finalize and polish everything.
