thanks for the praise on the video :-D
we are a bit behind where we had planned due to real-life concerns, but not too bad - will have to evaluate things at the end of december :)
Should be fixed now! :) There were 7 large updates in the meantime.
Ah sorry, no we just disabled the twitter feed! Something has been updated on twitter which breaks it.
It is all CSS that is based on several style files, so if you like, you can open them up and edit away to your heart's content! :)
The other thing to note is that this is just the basic mode. The advanced mode is *much* cooler (you can visit the solar systems, change the textures around, and even place items in ships/asteroids etc), but it takes a bit more time to set up a game.
Each system is selectable, editable, visit-able all from within the QBUI Advanced Mode.
This is cool because you can set up quite complex scenarios that can be used to create simple games. For example, creating a new system, going into it, populating it with asteroids and ships. Then you can select one of the ships and edit it's properties (i.e. leave some secret plans on the XO's desk). Then the objective of the game is to go to that ship and capture the plans! :)
So happy Star Trek Excalibur made it! Good luck everyone! :-)
Absolutely, we're always looking for people with the skills who'd like to help out! Send Mark or Luiz a message on the forums: stexcalibur.com/forum :-D
