Why am I not surprised? :(
Just found this game, wanted to buy it on steam, but apparently nobody's playing it anymore. Such a shame. :'(
You guys should have really added some singleplayer campaign or something.
A shame about your computer, though. My old laptop started BSODing on me for no reason, and not even taking it to a repair shop fixed the issue. Well, at least I've got another computer.
Would have helped if you uploaded a screen of some relevant sprites instead. You know, for those of us who don't know what they look like?
In map 3(? the one where you have to fight a biped mech at the end) the triggers for the lift don't work, so I can't enter the final room. Also in that map, I think, the large room with the nukage pool and keycard: I pick up the keycard, but the monster closets don't open, so I can't progress 'as intended', resorting to sprint-kick-jumping over the bars at the entrance. Could it be due to version differences?
Ah wait, I was talking about Operation UAC. My mistake! 😅
The UAC in both titles got me confused. 😅
I ran the previous version with BD but some scripts wouldn't work, so I'd end up stuck and having to cheat. I think it was in map 3? The one where you have to go into a room with a nukage pook, get on the balconies to reach the keycard that's on a pedestal in the middle of the nukage pool, and once you grab it, four monster closets are supposed to open on the sides of the room. Also in that level, I think, when you're supposed to enter the final room, where you're supposed to fight the biped mech? The lift into the room didn't work! :(
I hope these things were fixed?
Ye're late! But at least it's uploaded.
Not sure I like the arcade-y elements, but it could be interesting. Will follow for now.
Ah, cool. :)
This one? Moddb.com
Or this one? Moddb.com
Sounds great! But does the map work properly? I remember in one of the old versions, the map looked like in Morrowind, that is, very few details and locations were marked as just tiny squares.
So, wait, does it have an actual singleplayer campaign, or not?
No Mexico? What about France? France supported the Confederates at some point.
Probably an oversight by the dev. I'm sure they'll get around to fixing this eventually.
But is it really vanilla if it adds new stuff and rewords the old?
This sounds really cool! One thing I'd like to ask for is though, the ability to switch to third person view as well. I mean, what's the point of customizing your character's appearance if you can't even enjoy it? Just because Cyberpunk and The Outer Worlds did it, doesn't mean it has to become a staple, you know?
Thanks. I actually played it after making the post. Cool map overall, just wish it included the entire first level, and not just its first stage. In fact, I saw a map that does recreate the first level in a yt video, but I don't think a download link was provided.
Yes, thank you.
Apparently this too is dead. :(
I didn't understand how to do anything in this game aside from just running around pointlessly. :(
Ooooh, so it's like The Long Dark? I like it already! I just hope it'll be more-or-less realistic, without mutant-zombie-slasher-vampires chasing the player character all over the place.
There are only two problems:
1) I don't speak Spanish (yet, I'm actually trying to learn it), so if I change companion strings, they'll be in English.
2) I can't technically do much in terms of strings and item modifiers without the mod's source, because even if I make the edits in the module's 'item kinds1' and 'strings', they'll be overwritten when you update to v5.0.
Hello! I wanted to ask you about user twinsens. He's got this mod for Mount and Blade, and I wanted to ask him if there were any updates, but he hasn't been online since 2019. Maybe you're communicating with him somewhere else and could tell me something?
I actually really liked this mod. Not sure if it's still worked on, but I hope that it is! The setting is really cool, and some of the writing feels very good (slavers coming in from a giant metal ship that's on the horizon). Dude, even if the mod is dead, PLEASE, at least write a short story or novel in the setting!
I have a few questions:
1) Does it force players to interact, or can they beat the game alone? (speaking of which, does the game have a plot, or is it minimal like in the official games?) Are there npc-trainers, or are all trainers actual players?
2) Is there a character creator?
3) What gen pokemon are featured?
4) What regions are featured? Is the world sandbox like the official games, or is it separated into "levels"?
5) Doesn't Nintendo\ Gamefreak look down upon such projects? Aren't you worried they'll shut you down?
So, this is Left4Dead but in Porto?
You guys need to make a mod about the Cuban revolutions, either the War for Independence, or the Sergeants' Revolt. Both make good settings, I think. :)
Hey, really love the mod. Not sure if it's still in active development, but here are a couple of things that I found, that kinda irk me a bit:
1) Followers' strings are still the same.
2) Most of the clothing items have incorrect 'condition' tags, i.e. a leather trench coat has a 'cracked' modifier instead of 'torn', etc.
I know these are very minor things, but if they could be fixed, I'd be grateful.
P.S. If needed, I volunteer to do this! ;)
