I use Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5, if that by any chance helps

Looking good, though might i suggest you do something about the "Carrying Population". You have put "10%" when there is only 1 person. I suggest that you put " X / 100" instead of "100%" because you cannot be 10% out of 1 population, just noticed & responding to this awesome game :)

o, and also i love downloadable indie-games ;)

sometimes when i play the game, i cannot seem to get my cursor out of the game ( might wanna add a pause button :D ) and when i have paused the game i sometimes cannot scroll up or down on the page. Then the.
Not "Glitchy" really, but it is kind of annoying.
Then again i know its pre-alpha, and this looks like a sweet game, so no hate on it :)
