The mod looks really cool, but the map shows a lot of cities and towns as still having names from the vanilla. Does anyone know why?

This looks absolutely beautiful. Keep it up!
I really liked the prologue when I played it a few years ago. Looks like a lot has changed. I hope you can get something out eventually.
The creator of Skyrim: Civil War should watch this and take notes on how to actually make a trailer for a mod.
I've been playing for a while now, long enough to see my faction's territory double in size and plenty of lords come and go. My main and quite possibly only gripe with this mod so far is the fact that the wars going on at present are the pre-scripted ones that have been going on since day one. No wars have started, and no wars have ended, save for when a faction is destroyed. Nothing I could do could change it, either- while going through the Vale on a whim, I talked to Lyn Corbray, who tasked me to provoke a few wars in the name of the Vale. I did what he said, and it said that there was risk of war, but the war never came. Is there anything I can do to make the wars more "organic," or at least somewhat more common?
This is a personal taste thing for me, but I'm kind of bothered by how big the maps are. Not because it causes lag, but because it takes forever to get around. They're amazing and beautiful for sure, but I feel like it takes five minutes to get from one end of a main hall to the other.
Has anyone had a problem sparring with their party and fighting in the melee? I'm always bare-fisted when I'm sparring, while my party members have swords and shields. When in the melee fights, I end up in full-on jousting equipment. It's not a game-killing bug, but it does add a level of hindrance.
