Aaa, nice:) Actually Simplified Chinesse translation is work in progress already, but since my engine is custom build, I am a bit strugling with rendering all these symbols:/ It will take some time to improve the engine to this level. Hopefully next year will be able to implement it...

Yes, there will be support for mods and regarding to trains selection, it will be quite generic well known locomotives from USA, Germany, Great Britains and some of them maybe Czech.
