Noticed that Steam Pipe broke a lot of mods recently which sucks for a lot of older mods like Titan: XCIX, but fear not here is a fix for Titan: XCIX - Part ONE ...
Open the "gameinfo.txt" found in the "\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\SurvivorIZ" folder delete everything inside the file and paste this in it's place ...
