I think Unreal Engine just doesn't support Windows XP. Unfortunately I can' t do anything about that.

Sorry about keybinding feature, i should have probably add alternative arrow key controls, rather than just wasd.

Are you talking about .exe file, or about .rar? As for rar file, you'll need programs like Winrar or 7zip. If you can't open exe file, then you probably have 32-bit PC.
