End of Year 2021

As of now, the progress of Generals Mod 3.0 has been halted to an extent that I no longer have the confidence to say that I will be continuing it any time soon. However I would like to commend on a person who is currently making a mod with the resources that I have all utilized and planned for Generals Mod 2.95. Don't worry about the part where it heaps on the permission of usage, as I have provided the link to him for all the resources that I have piled up for this mod.

Without further ado, here is a video of demonstration on how far the mod has reached.

Go and play the mod and do provide feedback here. I would like to hear where and how you would like this mod to be improved. I'll take note on the feedbacks and I'll see where I could improve the game's performance by collaborating with the author, and the adjusting gameplay if able, here on out.

23/2/2018 Progress update: Sorry for not updating much. So what's up with the progress lately? Not so much progress ever since last 2 weeks. I have not been in touch with the internet over the past week, reason being Chinese New Year, and I have to go to visit my relatives as a part of the tradition. I'm also been in touch with other communities of the Discord channel, for example, Red Resurrection, Tiberium Crisis & a bit of Mental Omega. Tiberium Crisis is an awesome mod, however there are several installation issues when you want to get it worked, the default installation format can be found at the Discord channel. As for what I have been doing recently, it is a personal mod. I cannot reveal it to you guys, at least for the moment.

So, I guess this is it. The release date of Generals Mod 3.0 is set to TBA. However, the progress for completing it is set to 30%. The progress for the mod is now 2 years, started from the end of 2015, and after this year, it will be a third. Till then, IamInnocent out~

Sorry for not updating anything for almost a week. I have been thinking of revamping the structures and several destructive capabilities of the support powers and superweapons that presented in the 2.75 version of the mod. If you look at the video below you'll see that how cheesy it is for a Superweapon to cause cheap destruction. The same goes for airstrike support power, compare both to the mechanics of Mental Omega and YR Red Resurrection, and you'll see how game breaking they are.

Other than the changes, here's an idea of the new flags for the new subfactions replacing France and Germany.

By the by, Tiberium Crisis is announced to be released on Feb 5th of this year, and the recent trailer looks epic. Here's the moddb page, and the creators have updated their unit lists as an article. :D

So now I need your help on choosing for me one from the two version of the Fusion Reactor cameos. The one with the highest votes will appear oin-game. Which do you prefer? General:

Command Centres -> Cost increased from $5000 to $7500.

America -> United States of America (USA)

Old: Dual MOAB Airstrike

New:

First -> Airstrike - Calls in 5 airstrike planes to launch multiple heat seeking missiles onto targets within the targeted area.

Second -> Hybrid Fuel Air Bomb - Calls in a Stealth Bomber to drop a Hybrid fused Fuel Air Bomb capable of devastating all units and structures.

South Korea

Old: Invasion

New:

First -> Nanoboost - Boost the defense of friendly infantries by 50%, also heals them.

Second -> Batallion Paradrop - Same function as Invasion, but has a cost of deployment.

New:

France -> Western Union Defense Organization (Western Union or WUDO for short)

Old: Artillery Strike

New:

First -> Defense Bureau - Deploy a node that grants nearby structures defensive 50% armor bonuses. Multiple instances of bonus gained from Defense Bureau stack with each other.

Second -> Avant-Garde - For a certain period of time, half the costs of the defensive structures by 50%. This excludes Support structures and superweapons. (They do not receive the cost reduction bonuses.) While Avant-Garde is active, EMP Patriot and Nuke Patriot no longer requires upgrading for deployment, instead they could be built and constructed normally like Patriot Missiles.

Germany -> Germany Division Insurgency (Germany Coalition or GDI for short)

Old: Tank Paradrop

New:

First -> Hunter Seeker - Target an area and summon 3 hunter seeker bots. The bots will seek any targets within the designated location, and detonate an explosive warhead upon impact.

Second -> Bombardment Beacon - Sets a beacon at a designated place for a certain period of time. The beacon allows all friendly GDI artillery units to fire at a designated spot, regardless of the position. Do note that firing at the beacon will result in high inaccruacy. :v

Britain -> United Kingdom (There are some differences, but political agenda should be the same. Hmmm...) :p

Old: Laser Strike

New:

First -> Particle Cannon - Fires a particle cannon continuously at a designated area, nearby Athena Cannon gains bonus firepower when firing near the targeted area.

Second -> Ion Cannon - Immediately fires a beam of Ion Cannon that devastates the area around the designated position.

North Korea

Old: Dual Nuke Bomber Strike

New:

First -> Irradiation - Applies a strong radiation to the targeted area. The radiation is so strong that it will also melt down tank armor. However, the radiation will also affect allies, be careful with it!

Second -> Atom Bomb - Drops an Atomic Bomb on a designated location. *Gets sunglasses.*

Iraq -> Arab Republic

Old: Dual Toxin Bomber Strike

New:

First -> Carpet Bombing - Calls on a carpet bomber that drops infectious gas warheads upon the ground. The acidic chemicals burns through even concrete.

Second -> SCUD Storm - Fires a barrage of SCUD missiles around the designated location. The missiles contain a mixture of Anthrax and explosive warheads, that when detonate, chemicals within the missile were scattered to contaminate the area around it.

Cuba -> Latin Confederation

Old: Dual Firestorm Bomber Strike

New:

First -> Spetsnaz - Spawns 3 Spetsnaz soldiers on a targeted area. These soldiers are able to take down infantry from long ranges. Armed with a specialized explosive rifle, they will also deal mediocre damage towards vehicles. accounting for situational purposes. However, they also serve as a support disabler as their high precision and concentration enables them to take out the tyres of tanks, effectively preventing them from moving forward.

Second -> Tunnel Network - Summons a Tunnel network at a clear ground. The tunnel is invisible to the enemy. Friendly units were able to move through and ambush from anywhere of a tunnel network. The structure is able detected by a unit with sensor properties. The cost and cooldown of this support power is 1/2 of a normal secondary support power.

Russia -> Soviet Union

Old: Dual Pulse Bomber Strike

New:

First -> Overcharge - Powers up the firepower of Tesla units within a designated area by 50% for a period of time. Tesla structures within the radius will also receive overcharge bonuses without the need for any nearby Tesla Troopers.

Second -> Gigavolt - Generates an electrical vortex at the targeted area that instantly kills all infantry within. Vehicles and structures that were caught within the radius are stunned and continuously receiving damage.

China

First -> Iron Barrier - Protects all structures and units from receiving damage within a designated area. Units leaving the barrier will no longer be protected.

Second -> M.A.A.A.D. - Massive Area Attentive Accumulative Denial. Continuously creates shockwaves within the targeted position, followed by a large burst of MAD wave that devastates everything around it. Any units caught within the wave were EMP'd for a certain duration.

Special Corps Division -> Phantom Prominence

First -> Reanimation - Turns dead bodies of Phantom Prominence into loyal minions, granting them more durable bodies, but lower firepower due to their decaying nature. These reanimated units will die again after a period of time.

Second -> Earthbreaker - Like Massive Area Attentive Accumulative Denial, it continuously projects wave after wave of seismic waves that results in a massive earthquake on the targeted area. Structures around it will lose their power supply and continuously be damaged. Tanks around it were slowed and disrupted to a point where they could not properly fire their weapons. Due to the massive nature of the Earthquake, infantries around it will get trapped and killed if they stay too long within the quake radius.

Shadow Hand Division -> Shadow Hand Operatives (Shadow Hand for short)

First -> Cloaking Field - Applies a Cloaking Field that cloaks all units and structures within it. Units within the Cloaking Field will receive speed and firepower bonuses. Upon exiting the area, they will immediately get uncloaked and lose the bonus gained.

Second -> Radar Destruction - Immediately jams all enemy radar signals and prevents all of their signal inhibitors from functioning. Enemy missiles and drones will also have their radar systems jammed, thus effectively disabling them... Hah!

Traveler Division

First -> Wormhole - Functions similarly like Chronosphere. This support power is divided into 2 sections. Each section will summon a wormhole that has a 5 minute recharge time. Units were able to go into a wormhole and exit from another. Note: Wormholes do not last forever, and units within will stay inside the who-knows-where, but they were able to exit as long as another wormhole is opened. :v

Second -> Rift - Creates a large black hole that sucks all nearby units within, killing them immediately. Structures are uneffected. :|

Mastermind Division -> Psychic Legion

First -> Pyrokinesis - Generates a firestorm that damages everything caught within it, except Yuri's troops. Note: Infantries caught within the radius are immediately burnt, except hero units.

Second -> Psychic Ring - Deploys a large field that massively boosts the firepower, armor, and speed of all friendly units within the radius. Enemy units within the field will feel pressured, continuously losing firepower, armor and speed as long as they stay within the radius.

Deathstrike Division -> Global Liberation Army (GLA for short)

First -> Deathstrike Missile - Launches a DOOM missile that flies swiftly toward the targeted location. The missile is larger and it's impact is more violent, eradicating most of the units instantly.

Second -> V.I.M. - Launches a Vacuum Imploder Missile, or VIM for short, onto a designated position. On detonate, it gathers all nearby units into a vacuum. Shortly afterwards, the vacuum explodes. Unleashing a huge explosion along with large amounts of debris that deals a moderate amount of damage on anything it lands upon.

Hey, it's a new year, and the mod hasn't been update much. While I'm away, I have planned changes for the mod. There are new games to be expected for this year, and 1 of my favourites is Forged Battalion, being developed by ex-Westwood members. :D When MO 3.3.3 is out, Ares will have Save/Load functions which (I think) will be beneficial for the campaign. (Woohoo!) By the by, if you haven't noticed what's hot within C&C modding, Generals Evolution will be out on 1st February this year. Yes! :D

As for Generals Mod, I will be noting down the details of whatever I'm going to be implanting to the game, too see if they fit their bill. I'm going to revamp what is already set in Generals Mod 2.75, one of them being the support powers given by Command Centres to each respective countries, along with their subfaction. Each subfaction will receive 2 new support powers instead of just 1. The first support powe will be a tactical role that is has a 5 minutes recharge time. The second one will be a high game changer, but requires 10 minute recharge time and a high sum of cash.

Oh, and the majority of the subfactions will get their name revamped.

29/11/2017: I have organized a lot of voices, I have discovered that Warhammer 40k unit quotes are suitable to use. Other than that, today I have finished 2 voxels for the mod. (Damn, reediting V3 is quite hard.) I also want do get done with Scorpion Tank's Voxel, but the rest for my body is at upmost importance.

Ghost Spec Ops - Replaces SEAL for America. Ghost are spec ops deployed by the army that undergo the same procedure of producing super soldiers. Ghosts are fast and are usually stealth. They are armed with an augmented rifle along with enhanced polymer explosives that sticks onto metal and deals huge damage towards tanks. With their enhanced physiology, they are able to swim through tough current with their armor, proving the same capabilities as Tanya.

14/11/2017: Now you all may be wondering, WHERE DEM UPDATES AT!?!?!?

There's long answers, but they are shit to be put up because being twisted with indirectness. So, I'm going to be direct with you about my life recently. I'm actually having exams tomorrow, but I feel that I'm drawn towards updating a new blog. So here's my quote unquote "short" explaination of the motivation towards Generals Mod 3.0 while tuning in to this epic mix. (Highly recommended since it's a motivation towards the working of the mod.)

The short answer is undoubtly, I lack of inspiration and motivation. I have been so used to generate new ideas that there are no thrills to practically implement them. The long journey of hiatus have been commenced for 3 months since, and... I will break the chains of hiatus sooner or later.

New voxels have been released in the past few days. And a very hot voxel pack has been released for an discontinued mod, m40 will be used for Toxin Tank & obj261 will be used for Advanced Toxin Tank. Other than that, I will be using a lot of revamped voxels provided by the community, especially the infamous Infector Tank which will be known as Banshee that I have planned for China faction. Advanced Grand Cannon, Nova Laser Tank (Originally uses Sprite's Prism Tank), Hover MLRS -> Iron Lotus (To be edited for Hover), and Zeus (To be edited for hoever), the epic unit for British faction (Fast, Light, Stealth, Powerful Lazer Cannon that uses C&C 4 Juggernaut's voice)... This are only some of the units that I will be talk about.

In these times, there has been a fan questioning about the newer faction. To answer everyone's doubts, the faction is not considered to be implemented. The theme of the faction will be an antithesis to Yuri & the aliens, acting as the "law" side of the "chaos". If anyone played SMT IV, they are more familiar about the theme. This side neither supports Allies or Soviet, but act as an independent faction that has their own motives. It draw influences largely from Foehn of Mental Omega, and futuristic FPSs like Warframe and Blacklight: Retribution. I can't set plans for the faction, but if there are enough public resources or people providing graphical assets, that will help a lot. But facing reality, the only thing that lacks of pushing this idea forward are the graphical assets. The combat theme are already mentioned in one of my past articles. :) [WIP]

For my what I have been up to with my life (since nobody would even care,) I have no more motivation on continuing D2IMBA, and have recently been interested on Borderlands 2 mods, especially this one! Plus, the beautiful graphics mod just increased the desire to wanting to play the game again. No, I won't participate in the modding voluntarily, but I will participate if they are searching for volunteers. Right now on Borderlands 2, I'm starting with a new character and trying to install all the Borderland 2 non-invulnerable mods on github, I'm only stopped 1/10 of the total mods and needless to say, it was a chaotic experience. I might be uploading a series on Youtube, (Since, my connection is faster now, hooray! :D ) , but due to time constraints... Sigh. Right now, I have finals to tackle tomorrow. Dear Diary 12/10/2017: Looks like I can't contribute to DotA IMBA anymore. Plus, I have hectic uni life in regards to assignments and lab reports to keep me at bay.

If DotA IMBA's core can't continue to grow in the way (I think) it should be, then I'll won't do IMBA anymore. Things have happened and my contributions towards IMBA are totally in rejection. Even if I am disagreeing with the current direction of DotA IMBA, I can't disagree that the game is more fun now. I am learning to be an adult, while preserving the ambitions of a child. There's a line where someone shouldn't cross, and for me, I want to preserve this line of nature, I tried, and nevertheless, the update proceeded further and further from my standards. I don't really see a glorious presence of IMBA's originality as it used to, the nature is still there, just dimming, and I can't bear to see the originality getting ripped patches by patches.

Therefore, I am coming back, getting on my mod. Where I should be paying attention to, Seraph's model should be converted to SHPs, those shading within the cameos begging to be polished, and other plans I have for my mod.

Ares is also updated to Ares 0.E, with Ares v1.0 coming in sooner. AlexB's power have given the mechanics enough magic for me to finish the mod towards the full potential of 3.0.

Project Perfect Mod is also shining with its availability of public resources, lifted up by talented contributors, NucleiSplitter, Creator, OverWatch and Salted Old, whether being in Grey or White area, and I definitely will be using several of them in my mod. :)

Right now, my journey in the development of IMBA has come to a stop, whereas, my ambition will continue to rise, in Revengeance... >:)

NEWS 14/8/2017: Sadly this mod going on hiatus for a while as I am working on DotA IMBA and my uni life will be keeping it at bay. There wont be updates until I announced it.

In the mean time, do keep in track on Thyme, an open-source Zero Hour, and Tacitus Revolution, a C&C mod project by the creator of Kanes Wrath: Reloaded. The author has been working for 3 years and he has recently made a Moddb page about it. I recommend the mod to you guys as he made a lot of promises with the mod, and he stated that will be the Mental Omega of C&C 3:

Edit 25/7/2017: So next semester is gonna start soon. I'm on a camping trip and I just finished my task for DotA IMBA before the camping trip started. My semester commences after the camping trip, so there's no more time for modding. Hope that there's more time for next semester for me to finish stuff. Till then... :/

Edit 10/7/2017: I'm getting lazier and lazier as time goes back. After I'm finished with Insurger's cameo I will be taking a break, not going on spending my whole time on this hobby until I feel like it. To me, it's saddening because I want to finish this mod, however, there are already other things substituted my dreams, because some of my wishes have already been granted. Such as getting buddies with matters to discuss with, and also a total action/strategy hybrid game where it tests a person's concentration. Anyway, until that desire came back, I won't be spending all of my time modding for a while. Plus, there's already a matter that prevents me from being a full time video game nerd. I will only be in my house until 13th of July.

Enough of the diary writing, here's a nonexistent idea of a 4th side for Generals Mod 3.5:

Blacklight: Another faction that acts as the enforces from the outer space as well. They hold technology more advanced than any timeline the Earth has ever experienced. As enforces of the galaxy, their purpose of coming to the Earth is to stop the aliens from invading the earth. Even though this is their aim, they show unwillingness to coorperate with the humans. One may think they could had made a peace-treaty, however they insist that the reset of human race must occur, linking to the destruction and reformation of mankind. The unwillingness to coorperate effects the Earth to wage war on them.

Subfactions:

Edit 3/7/2017: Finally finished with Black Lotus shp. (Looks a bit ugly though.) Anyways, I noticed there are some good mods released last week:

1. VS_INI by Toveena, freaking beautiful enhancement and an almost perfect vanilla YR.

2. Russian Overkill 2.5 by Pillowblaster, bringing a fresh update towards an oldskool game that is considered one of the best Doom mods out there.

3. Perfected DOOM 3, just watch the video.

I also made a change towards Traveler, Mastermind and Deathstrike division of the hero units. Traveler division will use Mothership instead of Infantry Hero unit, as it links towards their unpredictability and the usage of air superiority. Mastermind division will use Yuriko instead of Phantasmagoria, as it links towards the usage of Mastermind's Psychic and Psionic specialty. Deathstrike will be using Executioner Warship, as it links towards their usage of Destructive Firepower instead of a slow moving airship.

Edit 29/6/2017: I really enjoy SMT IV music these days. Sadly, I don't own a 3DS and Citra isn't optimized enough to make it ran on anything other than GTX 1080 without lag. Even as I couldn't play the game, I watched some walkthroughs, and I was mesmerized by the Soundtracks. Some of the kick ass OSTs I enjoyed included this and this, having the first one being my favourite. However, the official Soundtrack won't be included in the upcoming mod. Two of these tracks, (#1 and #2,) both of these will be the will go into the playlist for Generals 2.95 Soviet themes. I haven't updated the playlist ever since... 6 months ago? Idk, I have changed almost all the songs I will be using for Generals 2.95. The current list in the blog is very outdated. Other than that, I am also doing BlackLotus.shp by using Nod Commando W3X to SHP by kenosis as a base. It's not a huge edit as it's just a Black Lotus with a ECM/EMP Hybrid Disruptor Gun. I am doing it for 2 days and the progress is on 225 frames over 404 frames... The mod will be done very soon. :)

Edit 27/6/2017: SPOILIOPS: *For China only: Black Lotus will use ECM/EMP hybrid Anti-Tank Weapon, damages both Vehicles and Structures. Unable to damage infantries other than disarming them. Deploy to "¡Apagando las luces!". (Seriously brain, when are you gonna stop yourself for playing with copyright issues?)

Hacker replaces Saboteur, it will able to jam vehicles briefly after deployed. Its primary weapon is a jammer pod that briefly disables the enemy's vehicle. Their laptops can be turned on to disable buildings by sending them a computer virus. Also like their Saboteur counterparts, they are stealth, and able to Infiltrate the enemy's bases.

Edit 7/6/2017: Finally done extracting unit sounds via windows recorder and audacity. Game kept on crashing while installer not working gives me a headache, but alias I solved my problems regarding that matter. Some of the units that I will be using Emperor Battle for Dune voices are: Nova Laser Tank, Demolisher, KV-1, Toxin Tank, Soviet MLRS, Devil's Tongue and Hypnotizer.

Edit: Added usage of EBFD voices for Bio Conscript and Flame Conscript.

Edit 2: Bio Conscript will not use EBFD voices, whereas Rocket Trooper will.

Edit 6/6/2017: ...Should I...? I think not, you have not even finish what you are starting to begin with, what's causing more burden than adding things into the mod while you haven't even finished what you have promised. Oh dear, but I think the others following the development of the mod should know this. Yea, sure.

So this recent idea came up to my head, and should I, like majority of the Zero Hour mods, changed the starting Infantry and main battle tank according to each faction? I will soon actually, but whether should I add it to the next release or should I not? If so, then I would add too much unfamiliarity to the classic Generals 2.5 mod. However, I will change this sooner or later. If it gives a fresher view than a perspective that consider this idea as a plagarized thought, then I will be loving to add it to the game. Just not the next release.

Edit: Maybe, I changed my mind though, will be adding it to the next release.

Wait, why am I even considering the stuff the is already set to the game? Since I will be adding it to the mod soon eventually, why am I still considering the readers to give their opinions? Btw, I am having shitloads of fun with C&C Untitled. That makes me thinking of a low cashflow system for the current version of the mod, unlike 2.75 where you can earn shitloads of cash instantly (Even Construction Yards produce cash,) cash comes in like a meal of white rice, where the noun "cash" is compared to the adjective "a grain of rice", making the game totally irrelevant of starting cash. I was talking about 2.75 btw. For 2.95, I will still give the player a good amount black market money, but extra workload is needed for the player to obtain a sustainable source to balance the game.

However there is still a long way to go for the mod... As cameos were nearly done with Russia and left majority of China left undone. A lot of Yuri cameos have not been touched. Plus, I'm not sure about my current motivation levels to finish this game around July. I have been more holding back lately. Oh well... :/

Even with the country flags and music themes set, there's still a lot to do about my mod. Other than finishing the touch of around 90 cameos left, (Allied 12 + Soviet 35 + Yuri 52,) recolouring shps and voxels, coding heck tons of units, fixing bugs, and adding an AI, the main problem for me still lies with converting tiberium wars units to shps and voxels. Thanks to kenosis, I managed to know the tool used to convert these models to red alert engine. However the main problem is that These Tools Don't Run! Dammit! Why!? >:(

Oh well, towards anyone who is reading this, I'm quite sorry to place expectations anyone expecting a release of the mod, I thought I am able to make it, but apparently life gives me lessons and trials and I didn't finish on time. And towards those that are placing their hopes on a release date, I give you a thanks for giving your hopes up on this mod. It's been 2 months now inside the university, there's still one more month till I have more free time. Till then, IamInnocent signing out. :o

Edit 31/4/2017: ...Oh boi, would you look at the time. Another month is almost over and there's still isn't a demo? Crap dude.

I know, I know. It can't be helped. Other than venturing with fixing the main bugs of broken functions, like fixing Chrono Implosion, I actually spend time on improvising many minor aspects of the game and fixing a lot of minor bugs discovered. There are also some unfixable game breaking bugs discovered just can't be fixed by any means other than waiting for Ares to implant more room for the game engine.

An expression to describe my progress would be a programmer's block. I have been venturing back and forth on the same route of progress. I feel like the progress of the game would already be satisfying. In reality however, there's still a lot that I haven't implant into the game and I really want the game to shine.

I can't say when Generals Mod 2.95 will be released, but what I can say is that I do not want all this effort to go into waste. I want this mod to be released, and till that time comes, I'll continue to perfect this mod.

There were no progress for the past week. (Other than finishing converting the cameos lol.) I've been playing Torchlight 2 with my homies for the past days, and it was heck of time. It reminds me of how much I used to love RPG games and it kinda feels nostalgic since there aren't many RPG games out there, (Other than Breath of The Wild, which I dont have any dosh to buy,) and I wany to release a demo within the next week... As much of a lazy asshole I am, I advise you guys not to stay tuned. :^)

Edit 16/3/2017: The mod isn't on hiatus yet, it's going in a slow, so slow that even the demo is 95% finished it require me to finish it at the end of the month. (Hope not, because I need to sacrifice 6-10 hours a day for university, including the stress relieve component of watching Youtube videos. Dee Ecks.) In the meantime, have fun with kenosis's update of EASB Hour v1001. :)

Anyhow the good news for yesterday is that I managed to get the Helix Hind Deploying problem away! (Alternative solution.) :D Now rather than deploying to drop Napalm Bombs, it be get to the direct spot while firing it's main HE guns. (Uses Gattling Cycle logic, thanks Ares.

For the compilation of music for Generals Mod 2.95, I will be using music from Quake 2 & 3, (We need the epicness of electronic metal to come back.) the Command & Conquer franchise and also songs that are available for public or modding usage. I have already set 54 tracks on the compilation, not including the RA1 and RA2 soundtracks yet, but will soon.

Edit 8/3/2017: Finally managed to get through the horror renaming 540mb of sounds while getting on with my uni life. There's still cameos, MissingName, FLH and Soundtracks to do. However this is not the end. I have been thinking about applying a major change for the mod that, and that is, every sides will have 5 factions, especially Yuri.

China will be added to Soviet's side as the fifth country joining the Soviet Union. It's speciality is Advanced Technological Weaponry, using less guerrilla and more on overwhelming conquer tactics. Unlike all other factions, China has 19 exclusive units as opposed to 15.

Yuri's army are organized into 5 divisions, namely Special Corps Division, Shadow Hand Division, Mastermind Division, Traveler Division, and Deathstrike Divison. From their name and if you are a true C&C fan, you can already guessed what each division do.

Because of this extension of my planning, I will be again releasing a demo of my mod. The demo will be containing America, South Korea, North Korea, Cuba and Yuri faction as I work on the full version of the mod... While trying to get a grip with my university assignments. T_T

Edit 1/3/2017: So, university starts 2 days ago, and the free time left for me to mod takes on a huge discount. Ohh well, so what's the plan for my mod?

1. Scrap the alpha version, I'm not into releasing a demo version of it anymore.

2. Develop a full version of the mod and release it.

3. Update the mod regularly, either changing the mechanics or adding new units.

For the progress and plans for the mod:

- Since I'm going to develop a full version of the mod, I am gonna sacrifice more time on making the cameos for the units.

- There are bugs around the game, and I am still fixing them.

- Making an AI is working on modding Yuri Revenge is not difficult, it's just about the part about planning to give the players rewarding experience while playing against it that matters.

Edit 26/2/2017: Reduced strength of Premier Apocalypse from 3500 to 2250. Cost reduced from 4000 to 2500. Now requires only Battle Lab and War Factory to build instead of Battle Lab and Industrial Plant. Lowered the firepower and CellSpread for its weapon. Now replaces Apocalypse for North Korea.

Added a new unit, Mogjeog, an upgraded version of the experimental Object 279 used by the USSR. Its experimental armor gives him immune to bullets and many types of heat and radiation, this also gives it additional resistance to cryo, incendiary, chemical and nuclear weaponry. It's weapon is cannon that fires a deadly infused Nuclear Shell at point blank range. Has a long reload time, thus it has an Ammo Pipscale for indication. Cost: 4000, Requires Industrial Plant to build. Due to the set rule of 15 exclusive units per country, this will replace Neutron Mines for North Korea.

Edit 25/2/2017: I have edited 75/140-150 section of sounds. Why there's a "dash" between 140 and 150? It's because I need to recheck whether the sounds used are fitting to the game, and backtrack a bit whether I have forgot to include some for the units. (Even though I haven't tested it.) I have accumulated a total of... My goodness, over 4500 files and 600MB of them...! And I thought I could finished it in one day. How silly of me. It's no wonder I still can't finish it even with 5 days (laziness excuse, anyone passionate about it could had finish it in 1 day dumbass.) Oh well, I'm back to DotA IMBA gaming for the moment. Plus, university starts 2 days later, so tata for now I guess. :/

P.S. As long as I have not release the mod yet, and I will not upload a new blog until a version of my mod is released. I will be updating my progress in this current blog. It's 12.30 pm here, and I need my manly narcissistic beauty sleep, considering the fact that I haven't slept before 12.30 for one month. I don't like it. Suppose I will release a demo version of Generals Mod 2.95 out around 8-9th of *February, but there are some codes of the game I need to fix and it involves Ares Unit Delivery and AI Targeting logic. Other than that... I AM FACING MY DOOM! My exams are on 15 and 16th of January and I still haven't even studied 15% of those 2 tests combined. (You can tell that I'm under high volumes of anxiety, and the irresponsible attitude I am exhibiting now and it just isn't helping.)

Other than that, what will be my future releases for the mod? When will it be released? It's not April's Fool yet so I won't be announcing the release on December. The mod will be released after learn to use W3DMax for a unit, got the codes working and the AI done. (AI is imbalanced for 2.75 version, even crashes the game.)

That will be... Around March? Well, I really hope I have the time to make it out at least on February. There will be no showcasing of my progress as the parts I am doing now are the coding. Ohh well, till then.

Most of you people out there don't know me, but I am known to be a person that is quite sensitive. I'm not going to share the full story, but let me just tell you that when a person is doing something he loves passionately and foolishly, he is going to get hated for being different, or from being unprofessional and underestimated. I can't keep this feeling left unexpressed, and if possible, I want to express it without leaving scorch marks on either side of the party. Plus, I have an 2 exam papers coming up the next 10 days. All this stress just suddenly leave me exploding towards my family, and it is not a good morale to do that.

Well, for the good news, is that I have finished handling 2 of the most sophisticated codings in my rulesmd.ini, and I am willing to share them here. It may be full of bugs because I have not test it in game. That is why I am sharing them here, because you guys may be able to identify the problem or maybe providing a better solution, who knows? :)

The exclusive units of the cameos for America, South Korea, North Korea and Cuba have already been finished. What I will be doing later is to edit a cameo for Kraken Sub, upgraded Gattling Tanks and Upgrades for Yuri's side. If all goes well, then I will not find another Animation for the game.

I have been on a writer's block and being unmotivated for now. After playing Tiberium Crisis for a while I will be getting back to coding.

Still be doing cameos, but today, I have a special presentation of the most sadistic country in the game, North Korea. Their speciality is the usage of Nuclear Weapons. As each country has an exclusive 15 units to their side, the same applies for this country as well.

Nuclear Weapons are devastating. As so, their units are known for their both huge AOE and high damage output. Hence, they are known for their dominance and intimidation in offensive strategies. Still, everything comes with a price. With so many units functioning as high damage dealers, they left little to no room for precision defensive strategies. Another aspect is that their explosions doesn't affect aerial units, hence they are left with little to no exclusive units for aerial warfare until the late game, making aerial offense strategy their biggest weakness.

The thing is, I have found out that it's LaoTze's lightning Cameo template they are using... Well, everything has a first time eh? Guess I can scrap already the custom templates I made, since LaoTze's one is better. Other than that, look at 'em infiltrators. They have gotten a new ability. Their roles have been enhanced. Rather than using a Make Up Kit, all 3 spies are now cloaked. Now enemies need to be cautious in defending their structures from being infiltrated. Other than being an infiltrator, they have got themselves a secondary support role. Each of these vary accordingly to their side.

Allied's Spy received an EMP device that when ordered to attack or deploy, it will release an EMP shockwave that will jam nearby enemy units, using both for escape and support.

Saboteur Hijacker is in fact, the combination of both the role of an Infiltrator and the role of a Hijacker. This will make them a terrifying foe to be dealing with. If you think that is not deadly enough, just know that they are very skilled with a knife and can dispose any infantry swiftly, and silently.

Yuri isn't the only one using stealth. The Allies and Soviets have copied Yuri's tactics to remain undetected under the radar as well. Psionic Infiltrator is used for such occasions. Their secondary role is to act as a decloaker and a dampener. When attacking, they emit psionic shockwaves at the target. These shockwaves created enables light to pass through the field, affecting the target to lose their cloaking ability and have their firepower dampened. As the radius of the shockwaves are large, it not only affects the target itself, but also those around the it. Besides, they are also able to disperse their shockwaves around themselves when deployed, applying the same effect to the area around themselves. With this unit being both masterful in their abilities while having infiltrating intelligence, it gives Yuri a good fighting edge.

Fun fact: Yay! I finally got the Apocalypse Cameo to have the position I wanted. ^_^ I have been trying that for 5-6 times already.

Besides that, I am also aware that nobody uses support Superwearpons. (Chronosphere, Iron Curtain, Genetic Mutator.)

Nobody... Except maybe Iron Curtain. Still, the usage of Chronosphere and Genetic Mutator are both extinct in strategical planning. Plus, compared to dominant Superweapons, they are not even considered useful enough to be memorial. In YR: Generals Mod 2.95, I will be giving them a revamp. First off, each of their original Superweapons are buffed, having larger affected radius and lowered cooldown from 6 to 4 minutes. Next, is that the indicator of their Superweapon time has been removed, making it more unpredictable for the enemy. Foremost, is that they are armed with a secondary Superweapon. Each of these secondary Superweapons act as an offensive and game turning role and have a 6 minute cooldown..

For ChronoSphere, I'm giving it a secondary ability to create a Chrono Vortex on a designated area. The Portal will be opening for 15 seconds, continually damaging units and structures under the area. Since structures have the biggest surface area, they should be very vulnerable to this superweapon. Now you may be wondering about the Great Tempest Superweapon that Mental Omega has. Well, they both have similar function, only mine is blue in colour! The thing is, when I first had this idea, Mental Omega 3.3 hasn't even been released. And that time I was browsing through the forums... And I saw this Chrono Implosion Black Hole Superweapon code. So I thought... Chronosphere... Chrono Implosion... Chronoshift isn't that useful... A secondary superweapon!

For the Iron Curtain, as it is already unnatural to create a Curtain immediately on the field, how about creating an AOE unit clearing driver killer instantly on the field? This superweapon becomes a role disrupting well-made strategies, even to the point as able to make a comeback from a fatal position. Imagine if an enemy is having a huge tank army against you. And suddenly, BOOM! Their task are left nothing but a shell, only to be stolen by an army of $1000 Conscripts. However KillDriver is still bugged and doesn't work with Cellspread. So I will just make the blast jams vehicles and reduce their armor to thin air.

It's obviously no.2 for me. But still, have your pick.

Evolution is a self-unit targeting superweapon. Unlike Chrono Implosion or Neutron Blast, Evolution does not harm the enemy, however, they buff your own units. This is an area targeting ability, and when applied. It instantly destroys your own Infantry, reshapes and reforms them into a more powerful form. The energy require for the process is huge that it requires Genetic Mutator 6 minutes to recharge. The buff received by each unit is different, being evolved to their new powerful form. They still retain their original roles, but gained new abilities. So choose your units being buffed wisely... Wait did that sounded familiar before? Nanofibre... Gosh, Darn it! Why do I have to be influenced by Mental Omega? Is it because their ideas are so cool that it's hard not to draw influences from it?

Well, for real though, I do got this idea from Mental Omega. Not firstly, only the latter structure. My idea originally is to implant a single unit conversion, the unit name is Parasite and its' weapons are a conversion railgun and an EMP AOE Emitter for both anti-infantry and anti-unit purposes. However my concept is changed as I come to realized that Nanofibre Sync makes all different units transformed into their own variants after their death animation... So if I just create a dummy animation that makes different each damage verses variant for each custom armor type, I could just easily form 10 different MakeInfantry animations on a single warhead!

Originally, the mod is supposed to be released on 25th January, it is however, been delayed until 27th-31st January. Other than resting and my laziness, I have other good excuses for my actions.

Basically, what I have been up to today is making cameos, yes you heard that right. Cameo making is quite exhausting... Fuck it, I have forgotten what I have written in the last blog, and it's all your fault Microsoft! *Ahem* I have overestimated the time I would be using on Cameo making, since around 70% of the public assets I obtained don't have a Cameo, or the Cameo isn't what I wanted it to be, my perfectionistic standards demands for a better Cameo, hence after creating a Cameo, BOOM! 20-30 minutes gone, and I'm not just making Cameos in these days. I have also been recoloring Anims, considering to replace Cameos that is used beforehand. What I am exhibiting today is my finished cameos of both Yuri's Stolen Tech unit, with Fallen being finished 2 or 3 days before.

I will finished Allied's part tomorrow. Well since it is the last 3 Cameos for Stolen Tech Units before I start creating the pictures of Tech Tree for each faction. These 3 units are Aurora Bomber, Talon and Thor, which a brief backstory of each can be found here.

Edit: Finally! Making Talon's cameo needed some work. As the there are 2 HVAs used for Talon's walking animation, I work on the second one last night, but it didn't go so well. Still, I managed to finished now! Time for breakfast :D

In the other blog got deleted, I mentioned about Seraph, a unit which is General's Mod counterpart to Command & Conquer 3's Mastermind:

Seraph is the secondary hero unit to the Yuri's faction, having Ivan and Chrono Commando being their counterpart to Soviet and Allied. It has the exact same features as Mastermind, by which I also wrote in this blog (before getting A.C.C.I.D.E.N.T.A.L.L.Y. deleted...!) about requesting an asset from the infamous Tiberium Crisis mod.

Speaking about Tiberium Crisis, when I first knew about it, it was yesterday. I was curious about it since the last update of the mod was in this month and I have never heard about it. So I watched a video on a skirmish match, and my first impression was that it was a demake. I wasn't a fan of demakes, being roaming about at Pokecommunity before, none of the demakes they made were interesting to me. But then I continued watching, and boy, Tiberium Crisis was different. Even though it was a demake, I didn't expect it to be that good. The assets of the game were not too sharp or too dull, but very VERY well-put, even the tiberium felt like it was made in the hands of a "modsmith", along with new music adding the freshness to the gameplay. The skirmish battle was intense as the progression of the battle and I noticed that the sfx of the game was fitting to the theme of the battle, making the game a masterpiece. After I looked through the Moddb page then I noticed that the mod was at least under development for six years. No wonder the game can be so good and looked so enjoyable.

The asset I requested was the SHP or Voxel of Scrin's Hero, Mastermind. I can however learn to use 3DSMax, then extract the model and convert it to SHP or voxel, but that would be quite a lot of work, making me lazy... Umm, please do ignore the fact that I am unmotivated enough to be ignorant on learning to use the program and rather writing my blog selfishly. *ahem*

I do have a another asset for Seraph, but if I can use the exact model as Mastermind's, I would prefer it that way. I will see how things goes first.

Seraph is the secondary hero unit to Yuri's faction. It is the commando of an Alien side allianced with Yuri. The function of Seraph is different than Scrin's Mastermind even though they have the same model. Mastermind's function is Shift & Control, while Seraph acts as a "curse" to enemy's Infantry. From it's core, (or eye as our common sense perceived,) it is able to shot a genetical beam that will turn any Infantry into a living bomb. After a certain period, when the genetical modifier is finished on the infected Infantry, it will explode and damages units nearby. The explosion however, will not damage Allies due to the Alien's enhanced genetical modifier. If the explosion set off managed to kill nearby enemy Infantries, the spores set off from the original explosion will immediately modify the corpses of the ones it killed and forms another explosion on the other target, and it repeats and repeats, forming a chain reaction. The beam however, has no effect on armored units or structures. This is made up from Seraph's Airstrike feature.

Unlike other Airstrike Commandos, Seraph is the first unit introduced to be able to target both tanks and structures with Airstrike. Just when you think when an Airstrike is takes too long to recharge to be used efficiently against tanks, the Aliens have developed their own hypersonic bomber that is able to flew at Mach 5 speed. The bomb loaded is a piece of admirable technology used by the unidentified. It is a vacuum bomb when on impact, slows and damage the radius of those within the radius continually. With these 2 features, Seraph becomes a force to be reckoned with.

What I will be doing in the meantime is continuing making cameos. As 70% of the public asset I downloaded don't have Cameos, or even if they have, a lot of them it doesn't fit my perfectionistic demands. Hard cameos are the cameos that I have to start from scratch or have major parts to edit from the previous Cameos, each would take about 10 minutes to an hour, depending on my perfectionistic demands. If I am able to find another fitting cameo from my download resources, the time will be shorten. :D

Easier cameos are cameos that has already found the perfect source and/or would require minor edits, usually take about 2 to 5 minutes.

While for cameos from other scrapped mods... I like the Tesla Tank cameo from that mod. Plus, Speeder has already moved on with Mental Omega v3.X Act II, so I think he won't mind.

Description: The style for each side are unique like Mental Omega. However what differs from the choices of Mental Omega's Soundtrack is that rather than focusing on variety, I focus on the atmosphere and intensity. (Don't get me wrong, Mental Omega's Soundtrack choices focuses on atmosphere too, it's just that their music aren't as explosive as my ideal. Their choices emphasize more on the "Progressive" vibes of the game. It's just my opinion,other than that I have to mention Foehn's music are so badass that Bandcamp does not allow me to replay the songs after listening to it for a certain amount of time. Dee Ecks.) As Generals Mod is a heavy hitter, intensity focused and "explosive" kind of action-oriented Strategy game, the style for the music focuses mostly on Frank's style of Electronic, Rock and Metal. Not all however are Metal-focused, Yuri's side has music composed of more funky and complex rhythms, considering that their units are not "linear" and focuses on versatility. The Allies were treated with music containing positive vibes which contribute to their "advancing" and "modernization" background. The Soviets got a more Brutal and Classical theme which focuses on their "ruthless" and "conquering" factor, along with their well-known patriotic depiction.

P.S. I will need to ask Frank Klepacki for using too many of his songs, if necessary. I have contacted Twisted Resurrection team for their permission to use their soundtrack. :o

P.S.S. This list is not final, I just happened to be able to share what I am up to from 3pm-11pm yesterday (20/1/2017) via a blog.

21/1/2017 Update: My proposal for putting Twisted Resurrection OSTs into my mod has been rejected. As the soundtrack is already a modder's dearest, it is expected to see masterpieces being handled at the owner's own hand. If anyone else haven't play Twisted Resurrection while reading this, (which I think they already have,) download their mod and support the team. I have not played Twisted Insurrection yet, as I have sacrificed most of my free time to mod Generals 2.95, but I suppose it will be epic as the soundtrack is. :)

Now I have decided to not upload the current list of Soundtrack as for respecting others' efforts, copyright and permission usage. By doing so however, instead of being more confined, I have more freedom towards my choices. As this is already a music pack not to be uploaded, I will be working it towards my ideal as much as possible. By this, I will also be adding 2 additional tracks from the infamous Mindshell album into the playlist, namely The Rescue and One Final Chance, as they were also my favored of my most favored tracks among the album. <3

For the public usage of the mod's soundtrack however, I will be revamping the playlist used in the original Generals Mod 2.5 and only include themes used by the Command & Conquer franchise.

"Ehhh, why do you suddenly renamed your project to v2.95/3.0 instead of into 3.0?"

Well I'm very glad you asked. After a few digging through about my resources, I'm pretty sure my ideals are only about 95% completed. I will only advocate 3.0 if my ideals can reach 100%.

Like many other authors, all had ideals, and all faced limitations to what they can achieve, towards novelists, these are called 'writer's block'. Modders are no different than artist in crossing roads, as all want their own ideal world to be exhibited.

In my circumstances, Ares, although it came to fit 95% of what I demanded, still lacks of some things that I want for the mod. One of the desires of mine is for custom rads to work. One of the blueprints for Generals 3.0 is to have custom 'Tesla Radiation' for Russia country on their Tesla warheads. This warheads brings less harm to Infantries but can slow and damages vehicles gradually compared to chemical radiation. Chemical radiation on the other hand, would release poison gases from the Infantry killed in that area, while Nuclear radiation damages more on vehicles.

I will also be temporary changing one of the units from North Korea, Death Hand, due to a bug that doesn't make Cellspread works with KillDriver feature. Until when AlexB fixes this bug, I'll have to divert it another way. What is on my mind now is to make it still instantly kills Infantry, and deals moderate damage to tanks, and also harshly lowers their armor, firepower and speed. This unit won't deal any damage to structures, as it will be too imbalanced.

Another sadness is that one of the resource site of YR argentina backup, Joomla, isn't providing downloads towards my needs. Until yesterday only I found that Joomla isn't much welcomed in Project Perfect Mod. Still, I have most of the resources I needed. Anyone who knows my thread on PPM forums will know what I am missing. It took me some time, but I manage to find some reliable sources from chinese mods, (which they have a credit list to prevent being called a thief,) however, I am uncertain if this will end or may be the right way to end things. I'll contact the author of the sources, if I have to, to ensure my mod is being severely authorized. But if I can't find the suitable sources for my mod, then I will have to consider alternatives for it, and I don't want that to happen.

Well that's the downside of my story. But other than bad news, I also have good news.

One of the good news is that the blueprint of Generals Mod 3.0 is set. If Ares manages to fix that KillDriver bug and implant Custom Rad types, then I'll straight away update it to 3.0.

I will also be planning to implant this mod to CnCNet if possible. After seeing some good plays of Mental Omega 3.3 multiplayer skirmish, I would also love to see chaotic rampages of people playing Generals Mod 3.0. (But many people will complain about the imbalanced aspect. In my philosophy however, this is supposed to be imbalanced and chaotic just like DotA IMBA to DotA. Feedback and suggestions are welcomed however.)

Last but not least, the amount of exclusive units for each country (other than Yuri) has been raised from 12 to 14. Woohoo, that is a large number right!? Yeahh! Awesome! No seriously though, 2 units in a C&C game can result in a game changer. Now every country will have 13 exclusive units and 1 epic unit to divert their playstyle. One of which I will add to France is Lockdown MLRS, which fires 6 EMP Rockets to disable their enemy armor then again fire another 2 H.E. Rockets to blast the disabled into smithereens. (Boy, that sounded quite wrong.) The change can be found here in this blog:

EDIT: More good news! I decided to add 15 units (14 exclusive, 1 epic) instead of just 14 due to Soviet having an extra being an unfair advantage.

However regarding my Unit Description blog, I'm losing my motivation and will do it only after the release of the Early Access of my mod, which will be on 25th-27th of January. Till then, IamInnocent out.

The thing is that I wont have the opportunity to continue modding until 18th January of 2017. So I will be revising on the things I will be putting in my mod. A beta of the mod is expected to come out on 25th January, (excluding fully functional AI and tons of bugs expected to be fixed)while the full version on 28th Jan - 8th Feb. (Bug reports etc) So, have fun while reading. :D

Edit 8: Deathstrike Division: Removed Grinder Rusher. Added a new tank, Armageddon. Acts like RA3 Apocalypse, except it is able to pull enemies while shooting its cannons.

Edit 9: Mastermind Divison: Renamed Advanced Psychic Tower to Brain Tower. Other than mind controlling units, it is able to act as a small radius Psychic Sensor and release Psionic Waves that damages surrounding enemies.

Special Corps Division: Renamed Mantra-B back to Mantra-Disk, basically a plasma magnetic hybrid Floating Disk. Renamed Resonator to Resonator-B. Acts as a intimation to Allied's Disruptor. Unlike it's counterpart, it does not release a sonic blast but continuously dishes out sonic damage exponentially to the time the enemy is exposed to the warhead.

Edit 10: Renamed Brainfreezer to Haze Generator. While Hazemaker's dusts are constructed on damaging components that continuously harms the enemy in the radius, Haze Generator's Haze is constructed as a support structure. The Haze Generator continuously generates Haze around itself. This Haze buffs Allies armor due of the chemicals composed to nullify damage caused inside the concentrated clouds. The Haze also helps covering your own Allies on being Invisible.

Edit 11: Special Corps Division: Changed the name of Mantra Disk to Mantra-D, and Overseeer Bomber to Overseer-E.

Mantra-D - The 4th experimental unit proposed by the Special Corps. Magnetic and Plasma Fusion infused into their Aerial Unit. It's core causes vehicles to be disabled when came close, and from it's core it is able to project a devastative Plasma Warhead that anhilates everything around the radius.

Overseer-E - The 5th experimental unit proposed by the Special Corps. By implementing the concept of the "human bomb" serum from the Travelers with their own technology of their Genetic Mutator, Overseer Bomber was produced. The ammo loaded is a genetical engineered bomb that is able to disperse huge amount of destructive damage towards the enemy, while any infantry that is killed by it turns into Brutes.

Edit 13: Mastermind Division: Dream Eater renamed to Avatar. A huge tank that draws chakra from other sources, ultimating ruining their life at the end.

Shadow Hand Division: Void Dweller renamed to Devil's Tongue, for familiarizations and also limitation of resource usage. :p Other than generating flames and travelling subterranean, the tank is invisible and when attacking, releases dark pulses around it that damages nearby units.

Edit 14: Britain: Removed Prism Lighter. Added another unit, Cryolancer, which fires a lance of concentrated Cryo Warheads on an enemy. Affected enemy would Immediately become "Frozen" among impact, which harshly reduces their armor, disarms and immobilizes them. This effect does not last long, and dimishes overtime. The effect is penaltized to 20% of the efficiency when used on buildings.

China: Renamed Mig Corridor to MiG Lyudmila. An Iron Curtain H-Bomb hybrid Bomber.

Nova Laser Tank - Fires a continuous beam of lasers, well rounded against all targets.

Edit 19 - Allied - Moved Gap Generator to become available to all Allied countries, changed it's function to the same as before. Also increases nearby's base defences armor by 20%. :] (Should I reworked it for France? Maybe, to be or not to be isn't helpful on this.) :p

British - Removed Gap Generator as it has become free-for-all. Edited Railgun G.I. and renamed it to Zone Trooper. Now requires a Tech Centre.

Added Zone Raider in substitution for Gap Generator. >:) Say hello to both Zone Operators ya lads~! :D

Zone Trooper: Equipped with tough armor and a mid range Pulse Rifle, (totally not stealing idea from a Blizzard FPS game,) that fires armor piercing railgun shells that are effective against armor.

Zone Raider: Fires Concussion Grenades that are effective against Infantry and structures. Concussion Grenades releases EMP that jams nearby vehicles and structures.

Edit 20: Main Infantry renamed to Basic Infantry. Edited several descriptions of MBT and basic infantry.

Edit 21: Iraq - Renamed KV-1 to Cobra Tank.

Russia - Renamed T-10 to Hammer Tank.

Edit 22: France - Removed Stealth Defender. Added Siegfried Gap Generator which has larger radius of effect and provides 50% of armor instead of 20%. It also cloaks nearby base defences as well as providing a Cloaking and armor up AOE Buff Superweapon. In return, has a build limit of one.

Firehawk Bomber's function is originally the same as MOAB Eagle known in Generals Mod 2.5. This however, is subject to change in order to fill in Stealth Defender's role, which acts as a support debuffer or healer, haven't decide yet. A part of me wish this unit will still be kept in the mod, poor fellow. :(

Author's note: On one hand, I have the urge to implement an advanced version of Gap Generator into France as it is more fulfilling to the purpose of creating the subfaction, but on the other hand I don't know any place where I can expand this without removing the 15 exclusive unit per subfaction (except China, because they arent bound to this rule. Why? Because this is what I want for the mod... That does sound a bit asshole-ish... :/ Well, if there's nothing else then let's get back to the main topic,) so, feeling reluctant, the tradition of MOAB Eagle might not be preserved, and I don't like doing this as I want to keep the tradition. I will think of something, just posted here if I didn't think of anything that could save this tradition. XD

Edit 23: Traveler Division - Droid renamed to Gull, as the Infantry isn't a robot. :v Edited its description to fit into a better form of grammar.

Edit 24: France - Firehawk Bomber renamed to Whitehawk Watcher, changed its function, now different from MOAB Eagle.

Whitehawk Watcher - A bit different from MOAB Eagle, as it is the prototype of Aurora Bomber. Like its decendant, its warhead has predelay before it detonates. Unlike its decendant however, Whitehawk is more fragile and does not have Supersonic tech which nullifies damage.

Edit 26: Cuba - Grad is changed to Strok, missiles are changed so that it is unable to target on ground units. Has an Incendiary enhanced Machine Gun to make up for this.

Edit 29: South Korea - Changed Templer MBT's function. Removed higher ROF and revert back to passenger seats to 2 instead of 3. In order to make up for this, Templer now gains a Designator painter, which marks the target after a while. Designated targets receive 25% more damage from other sources.

Germany - Changed Predator Tank's function. Removed higher ROF. Now mounted with 2 rocket pods. Rockets are equipped with Heat Seeking function, aiding more firepower against Tanks and act as a countermeasure against Aircraft.

Edit 30: Not a change in text but a note: Templer MBT has only 1 open-topped passenger slot instead of 2, the same goes for other MBTs, as Generals Mod 2.5 originally has 1 slot instead of 2.

Edit 31: Shadow Hand Division - Renamed Shiftstrike to Vultur Fighter.

Mastermind Division - Changed Geomancer's function from a Kinetic Tank into a full-pledged Psychic Tank that is invisible, fires Psionic EM blasts and unleashes Psychic blast waves. It is very weak however. (To-be-changed.)

Edit 32: Traveler Division - Added 'Artillery' behind Devourer's name, functions at highlighting it's role. :)

Mastermind Division - Geomancer: Removed Stealth ability, but gains immunity to EMP.

Edit 33: Germany - Renamed Phalanx Hover MLRS to Iron Lotus. Now fires up to a barrage of 16 rockets, these rockets uses an advanced heat seeking technology that increases the rocket's accuracy and deals more damage towards infantries and air units, adding the enhanced explosive warhead that chews off more armor! It doesn't end here, the recreation of the hover engine hybrid also grants bonus armor and allows the mounted platform to travel across land and sea with great speeds. The only downside being losing some of the range capability to the vanilla MLRS.

Edit 34: South Korea - Removed Enforcer GI (Invisible projectile Guardian GI.) Sidewinder GI now substitutes the place for Enforcer GI. Cost reduced to $500. Damage output is lowered. Able to deployed to switch weapons like Guardian GI. Primary missiles no longer targets air units and sends shrapnels upon impact, but acts like a cluster missile and bursts in mid-air, splitting it's warhead upon 3x3 cell range. When deployed, the weapon acts like the default version, sending heat seeking missiles that breaks into shrapnels with the same warhead upon impact. Shrapnel count Shrapnel range reduced from 12 to 3. Shrapnel count reduced from 3 to 2. Has a longer reload time than Guardian GI. Added a new unit, Javelin Soldier, in substitute the place for Sidewinder GI. Cost $1500. The unit is armed with a H.P.A.M. (High Powered Autonomous Missile) Launcher that is well rounded against all enemies. When the missile reaches mid-air, it detonates and splits into a maximum of 6 clusters that tracks nearby enemies within a 4x4 cell range, and detonates a deadly warhead upon impact. Due to the nature of the missiles, the weapon is, if not, more deadlier when used against air units. When breaking in clusters, the clusters also search for nearby air targets to slam through and blast them into smithereens.

Germany - Iron Lotus renamed to Lotus Hover MLRS.

China - Hammer Cannon renamed to Iron Hammer. Iron Dragon renamed to Ironhead artillery.

Edit 39: Western Union - Behemoth Bombardment Artillery renamed to Behemoth. Function changed from a concentrated artillery for bombardment to a slow moving fortress armed with a mega plasma cannon that requires time to charge up. To prevent from being fully exposed to ambushes, Behemoth is armed with EMP missiles to disable nearby vehicles.

Psychic Legion - Removed Psychic Sensor and made it available to all of Yuri's subfaction. Added a new defensive structure, Decimator Tower. When enemies are nearby, it charges, readying a blast projectile on the targeted area. Upon finish charging, it unleashes a slow but large orb projectile, decimating the area when detonated. Strong versus everything.

Global Liberation Army - Armageddon removed. Added Deathbringer, a heavy tank that has dual cannons aimed at taking out tanks surrounding it. The ability of it's penetration comes from its custom barrel that were able to load massive shells customized to maximize the penetrative ability, leaving huge holes towards anything that comes close to its turret. However, the tank sacrifices damage for range, as due to the nature of the shells, the devastative firepower of the tank are lost at long ranges, leaving Deathbringer the role of close killer. In aiding it's short range, it is armed with a strong magnetic projector that draws in, levitates and disarms vehicles, bringing it close to the massive tank before shredding them into pieces. Although the magnetic beam proves useful to its aid, it does not affect epic units such as Behemoth, Ultimatum or Zeus.

Confederate Britain - Mirage Turret removed, added Spectrum Tower, a small Cloak Generator that is able to strike with S.P.E.C.T.R.U.M warheads, which appears invisible to the enemy eye. The same warheads which is used by Mirage Tank MK II.

United States places emphasis on air domination, with its strategical focus on air engagement and precision strikes. The United States emphases its experimental research facility on advanced jammer systems, which operates to disable enemy weapon systems. These along with Spec Ops division, which produces highly specialized soldiers occupying both in ground and in air, makes them a force to be reckoned with.

Their special unit, Hellhound, is an experimental chopper that is coated with reactive armor and armed with multiple devastative rocket pods and a destructive machine gun. With its rockets blasting enemy units or aircrafts and the machine gun tearing away multiple infantries, any units that dares to come across Hellhound will quickly meet their doom. As if these are not enough, Hellhound is also armed with a special jammer missile which disables weapons of affected units in an area for a certain amount of time, being it friend or foe.

Their research focuses on infantry welfare and efficiency, which aims to improve all aspects that a normal infantry has, giving them opportunity to stand against tanks and aircraft with a more successful outcome.

Their special unit, Ziona, is armed with a custom sniper rifle and a jetpack, enabling her to be both airborne and take down enemy units in longer ranges. Her specialized sniper rifle fires special plasma rounds and is optimized for full auto, making her a dangerous foe to any units that came into her territory. With the advanced technology enhancements from the equipment provided, Ziona is able to take out the power lines of a structure with her weapon, disabling it for a short period of time.

Main Battle Tank: tempicon3 Templer, faster movement speed, lower damage. Equipped with a Designator Painter which marks the target after a while. Marked targets received 25% more damage from other sources.

Western Union Defense Organization or WUDO places emphasis on strengthening their choices on base defences, creating more advanced options of defending their base. Their technology facility further branches into artillery support, emphasizing on taking out units which came to strike from longer ranges and taking out enemies without engaging in direct combat.

Their special unit, Behemoth, is a giant artillery tank that is mounted with a large plasma cannon, given the enough time to charge up its weapon, Behemoth is able to take out large number of units from the targeted area. Due to the size of the tank, it moves at a very slow pace, even requiring acceleration for before reaching its optimal speed. This makes it vulnerable from getting ambushed, thus a countermeasure is added to prevent harassment of the unit. The top of the barrel is mounted with EMP rocket pods, disabling enemies who dare to come near to it, allowing the follow up from nearby units to take out the ambushers. As of this, the tank is dubbed as Western Union's ideals of a "moving base defence".

Germany Division Insurgency, or GDI for short, places emphasis on dominating the battlefield with advanced tanks. Their technological development further implements advanced features into heavy tanks, giving them enhanced weaponry and features, dominating their roles in terms of quality over quantity.

Their special unit, Ultimatum, is the prototype of the ultimate design for Mammoth tank, mounted with 2 large railguns on its turret. The unit isn't just show and tell, being GDI's perfective design, Ultimatum is a massive tank that its sole role is ground domination. Ultimatum proves to be able to sustain massive amounts of damage while delivering killing blows with its huge railguns that contains pulse blast warheads. Howeve, being its authentic nature of perfection in ground domination, it has no countermeasures against air units, therefore it still requires anti-air support for a perfect domination in the battlefield.

Main Battle Tank: predicon2 Predator Tank, higher firepower, harder armor. Mounted with 2 rocket pods that fires Heat Seeking Missiles. This adds more firepower against Tanks and acts as a countermeasure against Air units.

Their advanced technological development of lasers furthers their units with enhanced capabilities of delivering quick precision blows to their enemies. Their light-bending technology advances their units with more advanced laser warheads and stealth, enabling them to strike enemies from their blind spot.

Their special unit, Zeus, is an experimental unit that sacrifices its strength for stealth, power and manoeuvre. Zeus is mounted with a devastative railgun turret, when fully charged, it releases a powerful blast that burns through infantry and anything caught in it. Its design is focused on devastative harassment, as it is a stealth vehicle with a long firing range, classifying him as a heavy artillery with a hit-n-run role. Zeus is also immune to any decloaking weapons, as any sources other than firing its weapon cannot decloak Zeus, due to the properties of its core, although any unit with sensors may still able to detect its presence. Due to its lower pool of strength, it is vulnerable from getting destroyed by ambushes once detected.

In my mod for DOOM, namely Project Overkill, hides a few secrets in the weapon DOOM 4 Plasma Pistol. However, it would take a person a mind of dedication and also a motivation of curiosity to find the weapon's ultimate function.

In Generals Mod 3.0, I would do the same. Inside the mod, there are units labelled "OverPowered" being secretly placed into each and every faction. OverPowered Units or Structures, shortened as OP units, are the enhanced version (or I would say, turnt up to death version) of (usually) several of the existing units or structures on each country. These units cost more, deal more damage, and have very intimidating position to their opponents.

To unlock them, one must have a specific prerequisite. These prerequisites are unique for each country, and these prerequisite by no means are sequential or predictable, and some may need to acquire "other" intel.

If one manage to unlock these OP units, on their cameos will have a label to differentiate them from normal units. And one must take the chance to build them quickly, as these units take more time to build as well the prerequisites were specific. If one prerequisite is lost, then one's time is wasted and they are require to take time rebuild.
