Problem:
The program has worked fine for a long time; however, it has stopped working. We get an error message that states the hardware failed to switch to specified mode. The mouse also locks. I have uninstalled and installed and get the same results. Has anyone else had this same problem? If so, how was it fixed? My Grandson and I really love to play the game or should I say LOVED to play! Thanks a not very computer savey Grandpaw.
