You know that windows forms is meant for normal software and not games right?
If you do want to create a game with c# look at XNA or Unity.
Also even for normal software windows forms is getting old, I started using WPF.

More a software then game developer, but am certainly interested in game development. I create games with LibGDX, like to build complex games. I'm terrible at game art.
