I just found your job posting and I gotta say that sounds really ambitious! How are you going to do the multiplayer? Have you done multiplayer games before?
I bought one example project for Unity first person shooter, but when I tried to get it working I had no luck :D That's why I've done singleplayer games only, though mp game would be really cool.

Would you want to have get some help with the spellchecking of this game? I noticed there were quite many typos :D Also, have you considered making a commercial release of it at some point?
I think if you swapped some of the graphics into original assets it could be done as a standalone "Aliens inspired" game.
