Vietnam | Glory Obscured Beta Tester: Popular Vietnam War fan, and has been for a few years. I also like real time strategy games, such as C&C Generals Zero Hour. But over time the online got boring, so I decided to look into game mods. Then I came across V|GO. It was excellent. After a month or two of playing the mod I decided to apply for Beta Testing. A few days later, I was accepted. Then the next month, I began Testing. That's where we are now.

With the amount of nuclear weapons they had it is no wonder the USSR went broke during the Cold War. Too bad that this made the whole world hide in shame.

And Yes, But The USSR Would Have Won The Cold War Or At Least Be The Same If They Didn't Get Involved In Afghanistan... The People Would Have Been Happier And The Economy Would Have Been Much Better...

The world would also be a much different place if the Soviet Union still existed. Never certain. I wonder what would happen if the USSR were to reunite once again...

The People Finally Were Relieved Of Communism And Would Never Choose It Again, The Former States Are Mostly Rejecting Russia And Moving Euro, Ukraine Is Now A European Union Candidate, And Many Other States Will Never Go Back The Red Terror, Russia Is On Its Own...
Lol If They Still Existed, World War III Would Be Present
Because The Cold War Would Be Still Going Until One Shall Fall, And The Other Shall Stand, We Made Them Fall BIG TIME! The USSR Is Dead, The Soviet Bear Gave Birth To The New Russian Bear, And That's A New Beginning.
And me must wonder and hope that the dark and desperate times of the Cold War don't come back to haunt us. Though on the bright side it brought in some of the most revolutionary of technologies, such as satellites.

Good luck with your mod, I am also going to be working on a mod (we are still at the recruiting stage.) Some day I think there will be another Commies vs Capitalist war coming along, and I think it will be North Korea vs South Korea, but much worse than the first one.

Well SK and NK are still at war no peace treaty :p
So in reality the Korean War is the longest military conflict in US history.
