You definetly need to implement a Hideout/Lairs making system!
Or make Graveyards as settlements for Necromancer to occupy! With some management system to improve sayd buildings!

How cool would it be if EVERY faction received some kind of airfield/building that you can put infantry and small vehicles in. That it teleports them in a plane that through the airfield/building abillity can send plane and airdrop them where the player wants.
