Ok i've found the problem. Correct in a patch. You can download the patch in a download section. :)

click on the german flag at the end of map, you can see gears. clik another ones and your soldier can change the flag.

Thank you very much Jack but the worth is of SweetFX for example, not mine. If i don't use the FX, i simply change on the f6 weather screen the parameters of lights, and desaturate from 0.85 (default) to 0.45.
