Not as of yet, it is being worked on.
I am working on an exporter for Quake2 at the moment. When that is finished I will convert it to Q3 format (which is very similar).

It is created for Doom3, which means you can add multiple floors and export to all 3 dimensions.
The grid interface might be '2d' but you can manage and edit each height level individually, hence both the editor and it's exported products are '3d'. And not 'mostly' 2D.
After the product is exported you can continue editing it with any map editor of your preference.
It is for Doom3
Sorry but I disagree strongly with you. As a level designer, stemming from the Doom 1 period, I use this tool to block out my maps before proceeding with the detailing phase, granting me many hours of work that I would have otherwise spent on blocking out the map.
Indeed, very intricate (and large) block-out designs are possible with this level editor as I've seen with my own eyes.
Thanks TKAzA! I'm happy to share!
It is impossible. Those weapons were removed from the game.
I have not been able to implement this into a standalone game without a significant drop in FPS due to Carmack's reverse missing from the engine. It runs, no problem, but it crawls slowly forward in comparison to the speed I get with the commercial build. All due to Creative's insane policies regarding copyright.
If you can find me a programmer that manages to make it run normally then let me know!
So you've most likely noticed that Doom3World went down, never to go back up again. If you have missed this community as much as I have than you'll be happy with this newsitem. The Happy Friar has worked to put together the Id Tech Forums, a replacement for Doom3World.
We have not heard much from BNA! Other than that eventually a DDOS attack took down the forums and filled the database with spam. In the end it seemed it couldn't be cleaned out or saved as this is now almost a year ago already. So without further ado, get the hell over to Id Tech Forum and create your account, we're still missing a lot of Doom3 modders!

Hi, just wanted to make a small update on Doom3World.
I've been in contact with BNA! and he's told me they're working hard on getting things back on-line. There has been a DDos attack and subsequently the website and all files were taken off-line by the ISP.
Because Doom3World was hosted on the same server that ModWiki was, and ModWiki had just been filled with over 150GB's of spam, it's quite a hard task to weed out the spam files from the original files in the databases, which might have shared tables with modWiki.
Due to this it still might take some time for Doom3World to get back, but it's definitely not 'gone' and will be back!
Yes, though I don't check it as often.
D3World will be getting back up though!
I just got another confirmation from BNA. They are still working on it and it IS coming back!
My very first mods were already made on the C64 using the 'Final Cartridge'.
In the PC age, I started with BUILD for Doom and Duke Nukem 3D and just kept going from there.
Hey guys. It's been months now. Any word? I'm really thinking of just setting it up myself.
Hah... signs of life. I was getting worried that my whining on at BNA for not using Flattr was the cause of it. :D
Happy to see it's still online.
You're welcome, glad you like it!
Thanks! :)
End of the mod, beginning of the Stand Alone Game! :)
Mm.. it should be the latest version available. I'll check it out!
Thanks! :)
Super cool. Thanks! :)
Cool, great to hear that. Can't wait to see the video. :)
That's a cool idea. I'll check the possibilities!
Like Gordon said, it runs fine on x64 systems! In fact it was created on an x64 system.
This can only happen if you have installed the wrong version of Doom. There are multiple 1.3.1. version patches. Here is a direct download link: Dramthethief.com
You need to update to the latest version of Doom3.
I have never heard of this, I think there must be an issue with previously installed mods, or your installation itself. Most likely reinstalling a clean version of doom3, then patching to the latest version (see my previous post in this thread) and then installing a clean version of Grimm will fix it.
