Ys it is and that was the point of the first release we have how ever it's probably uncompatible by now

While those sites are great for thechnical data they don't have much reference material for the modeler wich is what we are currently looking for

there might be hope i won't say to much in case it fail but yes basicaly not everything is lost

since this post i updated thier neural net from simple feed forward networks to loop back networks that made quite more efficient
i'm looking to implement a simple long term storage unit

once done i might try to build a server where players could go in a FFA with many ships controled by NN to see how well they addapt

the RA universe was serious remember RA 1 EA had adrealy began messing with C&C with RA2

you won't have to worie on that one one of the thing that shoked us was the RA ish style of the game with ridiculous wapon cartony desing and animation (the offence crawler look like a bleeding animal when damaged not like a damaged mecanic)
and the oversimplistic gameplay
so these are what we intend to fix
