I downloaded my mod from moddb and checked the objects client with 7-Zip. It is not corrupted, it must have got corrupted when you downloaded it.

Moddb downloads are really slow right now, it took me 4 attempts to download my own mod ... and it's only 1.18G!!!

I've sent you a pm with a direct link to Dust on Google Drive just in case you have further problems.

"Hardcore?
In DUST, the AI is aggressive and accurate. Weapon damage is high and players have less body armour than in vanilla BF2. Using run n' gun style gameplay will mean that you die ... a lot!"

If you're dying too much you need to rethink your strategies, especially use of cover, checking corners, not running across big open spaces.
Always play as part of a squad, preferably as squad leader. You can add a couple more soldiers to your squad in the menu. Press T to see the squad orders menu in game if you are squad leader.
As squad leader, your team will spawn on your location and help you take objectives.

What do you need help with?

Moddb often has problems with uploads/downloads.

I usually upload my stuff first to my Google Drive account, then on moddb I upload from a link to Google Drive. It's usually really quick and reliable.

Perhaps try that and see what happens. :-)
