Outlast

Game review

Say goodbye to your innocence, you'll never be the same after playing this game again. Outlast is a highly controversial survival horror game that isn't afraid to cross some boundaries. In fact this game rapes boundaries while you're forced to watch. (Remember the goodbye innocence part?) You play as a journalist infiltrating the wicked Murkoff Corporation after receiving word from a whistleblower that the company is up to no good. Like all journalists to stupid for their own good, you trespass your way right into the middle of all hell breaking loose. From there on you're attacked mercilessly, chased endlessly through out the corroding hallways, forced to hide under tables and inside of lockers, defenseless in every sense of the word. This game feeds on fear, it thrives on it. Have fun...

Slender: Anxiety

Game review

Slender: Anxiety is nothing but an anxiety attack. It's a clever re-visioning of the original Slender game by Parsec Productions featuring a newly redesigned Slender: The Eight Pages map as well as a remade version of the original game by Hades Productions themselves. This game is fun, exhilarating and addicting. The redesign of the original Slender map invites you to continue each failed attempt at collecting the 8 pages just to see what else is around and what could happen next. There have been some AMAZING Slender games released into the world of gaming and this by far is one of them

Slender: The Eight Pages

Game review

Slender was a game released by Parsec Productions as a social experiment to see if gamers would hop onto the first person survival horror medium. Needless to say, it worked. Shortly after the release of Slender came an updated version known as Slender: The Eight Pages which was pretty much the same as the previous version however the Slender Mechanics were upgraded slightly making the game a lot more intense and challenging. Since then, there have been dozens, maybe even hundreds of Slender copies out there including Parsec Productions recent project Slender: The Arrival and Slenderman Shadows, HOWEVER, the original Eight Pages is still the most fun and terrifying game of them all. In fact the scariest part of this game has to be the suspense it brings in knowing you're downloading the game and once it's done, you'll have to try and survive Slendy on your own. Can you collect all 8 Pages before the Slender Man gets you? Play it for yourself, just don't look behind you....

Silent Hill: a tale of silence

Game review

The game was very well done. Not only am I a huge fan of the Silent Hill series but I also started my adventures in the Survival Horror Genre playing a point and click game known as Clock Tower. After seeing this was a point and click version of my favorite game in the SH series I played it immediately and so far it has not disappointed. The game adds so many cool little homages to the original game and the series overall that are just fun to encounter, it makes you want to play more just to see what else you can find. I can't wait to finish the game, you should try it out for yourselves.
