I really, really enjoy the gameplay mechanics of this app. You pull off some really sweet combos with the right key sequence. Really cool app that's still being developed!

I purchased the beta a few months back, and this will be a short review (and subject to editing once the final build is released) of what I've played through so far. One word: Classic. From the aesthetics of the sprites and pixel assets, to the core gameplay elements, Songbringer is a trip down "memory lane" for gamers such as myself. Challenging, yet not from a design aspect (most of my failures were due to user error) SB will test your abilities to think of different ways to tackle most of the situations within the game. If you're a fan of retro pixel dungeon crawlers, you have a blast with Songbringer.
