i Had issues//////
1) subdivide mesh to around 1million polys then save a target morph
2) you might need to flip your normal's (Tools>Display Properties)
3) use the bulge brush until the target mesh is larger than the reference mesh
4) under the project all settings reduce the mean by multiples of eight
