Ok, after I deleted old VMDSimUser.ini and renamed VMDSimDefUser.ini to VMDSimUserDefault.ini it started working.

VMDSimUser.ini exists and is not empty. Contents: Pastebin.com

There are no sounds, ESC button doesn't work so I had to kill process from task manager to exit game. Which makes T and Y keys working weirder.

Is mod compatible with gog goty 1.112fm version (without revision installed)?

Couldn't get it running, get stuck on main menu without any ui buttons appearing after install. Say / teamsay keys work for some reason though.

Bravo, this is possibly best retro shooter I ever played.

Sheer length is astonishing, I expected episode 2 to end when you get captured by mutants, but it just kept going after that :O Horror segments are very well done too, that place where you can hear footsteps behind you is super creepy :D

My only complaints would be:

*lantern is very slow to recharge, just sitting and waiting in sun rays for too long dulls pacing

*default weapon slots are bit too far end loaded, I kept fumbling with 6 7 8 slot guns

Can I update to 5.6 from 5.5.2 mid playthrough? I'm already about 6 hours in :C
