Well thanks @ sagnik27101991 thank you very much for your comment! They are very good observations regarding the mod. I will try to fix these errors as soon as possible. Hello guys!
The mod is not dead just is paused for a couple of months fixing bugs adding new units, sounds and skins then come back and compete to achieve the 2 major modes such as WiC and AWT are working at full speed.

The mod only works in the industrial age to information age. as mutiple units have been eliminated earlier age. And if the error goes at this age you can be your graphics card or is opening the mod from Rise of Nations. The only mod for Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots. Coming soon will work on Rise of Nations Normal. Hopefully this is not resolve your problem
