Nah, this game (Elysis) is project SpookyQuest.
Just a name change really.
Cool to see you've been following it since back then.

There is no save function in the current version (v0.5.1).
It will be in the next update.

Yeah, Construct Classic can do some pretty neat things and quickly at that.

I don't often scroll all the way to the bottom of this page.
As for the first look of the game, definitely post it! I love to see people playing my game, and studying it helps me tweak gameplay for a more streamlined/better experience.
As for the boss punching you through the wall, I am aware of this bug, and am trying to find a good solution for it.

That's just the arena mode.
There's a dungeon mode where you can explore a dungeon and find its secrets.

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out how the whole lighting/field of vision thing is going to work out.
