I think it doesn't work properly at Doom 2's map 07. the walls to the outer part of the level won't go down after destroying the mancubi replacements. I tested on GZDoom 4.4.2 and 4.5.0.

I forwarded this to GAA1992. By the way, he just updated this pack. It has name tags for all the monsters, some new ones, more difficulty levels (including a secret one) and Hexen compatibility. and no, I haven't tried Wolfendoon Blade of Agony yet.
