Everything's hinging on the Ogryn/Bullgryn model. Textures are almost done.

Then make sure both the ebps and sbps has an icon assigned. The hero icon uses the ebps but the actual squad you select uses the sbps.
In the unit ebps file, go to the ui_ext and find an option that says "use_hero_ui" and set that to true.
You're in luck.
We have a Spanish translation already made for 1.35 and is continuing to stay updated.
Not too much but they certainly take a lot longer to do than the traditional portraits. I take screenshots of the models and paint over them.
I had someone interested in translating the mod to Russian but haven't heard from them since - so sadly the mod will only come in English and Spanish upon the release of version 1.35.
Redux runs on Firestorm over Kaurava rules where reinforcing is limited to base structures, listening posts and troop transports.
The install instructions are the same as the 1.33 full build, which are listed on the drop down description.
Yeah, the codex models had a lot of unforeseen issues. They're only being used for the convenience of new weapon upgrades. I'll try looking into at least fixing the synckill missing weapon problem.
Model updates are still a new development. 1.35 is intending on getting the first real model overhaul regarding Ogryn and the new addition of Bullgryn. Afterwards, I'll be trying to streamline new model changes going forward.
It's a .7z file. You'll have to open it up with a program like WinRar. Inside is the Redux.module and DXP2Dummy.module.
No, the work done for the Tartarus campaign took long enough. I need a break before considering Lorn V.
The mod is for Soulstorm AND it has the Tartarus campaign. Just install it on Soulstorm, it doesn't require the first game to play the campaign.
Actually the Space Marines in the campaign (currently) aren't using any rtx themes but rather the base DDS textures. That might change in the future but whatever you're seeing is just the default look without team colors.
If you mean Bolters regarding Marines then yes for the most part. It depends on what target they're firing at. I'll try not to overexplain but Marines have a LOT of armour and Shootas don't have any Armour-Piercing. It's a different story if those Shootas were targeting Cultists, or Mandrakes, or Guardsmen, or Kroot Carnivores, but for Marines, you need weapons that cleave through their durability better. Even Choppas have an AP of 1 which should have some effect on Marine troops. As for Marines, using weapon upgrades would help like Flamers but Marines as a whole sacrifice damage for durability compared to other races.
I'm actually getting pretty close to a release.
Campaign is complete but needs further testing to iron out any potential code errors. After that, the last of the Ork UI needs to be made and a couple more speech portraits, cutscene music and banners are required before 1.33's goals are all finished. I'm hoping after this release, future builds will be shorter as this was way too much work.
Tyranids are a planned race but their inclusion hinges on some new models to be developed first.
No ETA.
The last of the work required before finishing up relates to the campaign polish, the new bullgryn model, the army colors for the new necron models, the ork UI textures and a few banners.
Sadly no ETA. This particular version is encompassing both the entire SP campaign and 2 brand new models to the mod so it's a pretty intense update.
Yes, camera distances are improved but since you bring up "planetary campaign", maps have to also be edited to reduce the amount of fog present so any map that isn't from the mod will have visibility heavily impaired.
The Tartarus SP is being developed for the next version, yes.
That use to be the case with the OG Dawn of War 1 but had been changed when Dark Crusade was introduced.
Yes, at least the Tartarus SP. It'll be in v1.33.
The Tartarus single player campaign will be a new feature. Heavy weapon squads like Retributors, Havocs and Devastators will be added along with the possible inclusion of Bullgryn, Wracks and the Riptide. More reworked portraits for Chaos (and possibly Eldar) and a ton of new fx.
Not entirely sure what you mean.
Redux originally decreased audio for all vanilla sounds but 1.33 is actually boosting that audio back up to their normal levels. Any new sounds should be sufficiently audible.

I love to mod any game that allows it. I do textures, sounds, voices, maps, and more.
