Cool, thanks for the update!
Cool, thanks for the update!
It's hard to find the input and output side of this at first glance, but those bones on the back... will it be possible to ride this thing? :-)
Nice to see some updates on this mod btw!
Even you stated that it's not always enough to decline, you have to quick load sometimes (and even than "almost certainly").
And approaching from the other direction: it seems silly to not remove a feature which majority of players don't like...
Don't take it as an offense: you like that way, I like this way, you can omit this mod, I can install it, win-win, everyone is happy! :-)
Same here!
Never understood why people think that Stalker should be brown and grey...
Thank you all for the answers!
Can't try this out for now unfortunately... could you tell what is the expected impact on the performance?
I agree, especially the last sentence!
Cool, thanks for the answer!
I remember, there was a weapon-overheating feature sometime, somewhere (not sure if it was in Anomaly). Not sure if that (or some of its parts) could be used as a base...
Does this mod take the weapon degradation factor into consideration? Would be nice if it does... :-)
I don't think it matters too much what other stalkers are doing... Are you sitting near a campfire/sleep all day in the game, or are you running around with 60+ kg of stuff? I'm always doing the latter ;-)
Then it seems in the USA everyone is a body builder :-) :
Health.gov
May I try once more? :-D
The vanilla MP443 grach pistol uses the same reload sound as the PM.
This mod changes the reload sound of PM, thus the reload sound of MP443 also changes (uses the same sound files).
Just try to reload the MP443 with this mod installed and you should see/hear!
Sorry, if I was confusing: the mp443 grach pistol has it's reload sound out of sync.
It seems that the pm reload sounds have changed and they are also used for the mp443 grach, thus it's animation and sound are out of sync now.
Thanks a lot for updating this for RC18!
After seven years (and maybe a dozen different mods), this is still one of the most atmospheric ones I've ever played with...
Cool, finally the days of full invisible bloodsuckers are (hopefully) gone!
Is this only for RC18? You mention compatibility patch with trader overhaul, but it does not work with RC18 AFAIK.
Anyway this addon sounds really cool!
I think that's usual in this mod, mutants are insanely overpowered...
chimera behaves like a drugged grasshopper and the one bloodsucker I met was totally invisible, ran nearly faster than the bullets I've fired from my pistol and survived running into an elektro anomaly like 30 times (or more), oh and I forgot about fleshes: they can't be taken down by two buckshots from close up...
I know that it is quite out of scope for this addon, but do you happen to plan some mutants rebalancing? They are insanely OP'd (just my opinion).
With the first person view death animation now available it would be fun if the actor would fall a few times and get up (without 100% success of course) sometimes dropping the weapon in the process... :-)
Kudos to sticking with original stalker models! :-)
Looks really cool! I guess engine modifications are needed for this, do you do it yourself?
I thought, I'm finished with SoC mods, but I'll surely try this one out! Keep up!
Hmmm, for me it's /sound too (without plural s), just downloaded 10 minutes ago
How about a version which includes a bit randomness, so every item has a certain chance to restock? It would mean another factor in hardness without driving the prices insane!
And it's a bit strange that all traders have all their stock (depending on goodwill of course) always available... I mean, you know: muh immersion! :-)
