Does anyone know how to change the cost of units in this mod? I went through the files, but I can't seem to find lines relating to the cost of units. Thanks for the help.

When I try to install the mod kit, I encounter several problems.
1. I install the wic editor 1.0 and then patch it to 1.2. Then I try to install the wic mod kit 1.3. But it tells me to update the editor to 1.2 when it is already 1.2.
2. I decide to try another way. I install the wic editor 1.2.1 full version. But when I try to install the wic mod kit 1.3, it says I do not have the editor installed.
Both of these ways do not work for me. Can you help me install them? I am using windows 10 if that may cause problems.
