Love animes and video games Mostly jrpgs, but also almost everything else aside sport games (exclude racing games) Be it horror, RTS, FPS, TPS, RPG, Point and click games, adventure puzzles games, I love them all (But take animes as first priority as of the last decade)
So the model in the final form but the animation is broken so guess I won't use it :/
oh thats nice!
so it does have transformation animation right? :o
Yup, but it unfinished.
if we had 3d animator we could "resurrect"
this unit
it should've look like something in this image
Media.moddb.com
WOW.........so you got this into CNC4 files?
It was in the beta or final version files (don't recall which), after I saw it in the world builder I just knew I had to test it and see what EA left inside :p
oh totally....AWESOME.
Whats broken about the anim? D:
Well it actually look like some parts of the cannon are missing but the animation in the viewer look unfinished, I just stop it few frames before the cannon position look weird...
Though it can be just the missing part that make it look broken
Did you tested in-game by any chance? some models can be invisible in the viewer despite having supporting shader
No, never testet it but its about the same as I remember it.
And I have never seen a model that doenst work in the viewer.
And its not a cannon, it a connector. These things were initially used to capture techbuildings in CnC4 - hence every techbuilding has these large doors at the sides were the truck would connect to the structure.
I see, didnt knew about it that explain why both factions had one, the art EA made hint they didn't knew what to do with the unit and tried to turn it into gdi Rig-kind of thig (as the xml suggest...).
as for the viewer it didn't was able to show me some objects max could but only in rare caes (and only for units that not were from TW), guess it have it's limitations even when you use shaders it support?
eh, should have been a response
lol typical of EA: "WTF?! thats to complicated!!! just make it a simple truck which move around meh..."
