it's been a while since I wrote a comment on here. I didn't want to make a big announcement regarding my private situation, I've anounced and explained it at modding-union in the off-topic section. But after some of you posted it at moddb and rumors are going around, I owe you an explanation.
I just want to say goodbye to everyone all around the world. Time is changing and I have to turn to other important things like family and job. After more then ten years of modding, founding Edain Mod and the modding-union, I will now leave middle-earth into the west. I ask for your understanding and hope you will not be discouraged.
I'm assuming that the Edain-Mod will continue to exist. This, however, neither under my direction, nor in my presence.

Make sure you've a clean installation. It seems like you've Edain 3.8.1 or the Patch 2.02 installed.

Check your nvidia control panel and desctivate anti aliasing. This should help.
No, we didn't confirm anything like that. Currently we are working on other things, it isn't planned to release a campaign right after the Misty Mountains.
Of course it's possible, but you will need a much deeper coding knowledge to change this. Also the AI won't be able to use the ring anymore.
No, we are supporting only actual versions like 4.4.1. Edain 3.9 doesn't exist, the least official Edain version before 4.0 is v.3.8.1
