Small patch to version 2.0. Provides extended highscores (date, time, highlighting your scores), updates info on startup for the future use.

After long delay (one month) Deception-Wars 2.0 finally released! Eleven months of hard work of one person since the previous version. Over 250 man-hours, 15k lines of code since V1.9 (total 27k+).
