Reforge initially did take my art, admitted to it, and removed it. Edain fans accused me of stealing art the moment I opened the moddb page. It was verified false by the Edain team. We also made models for Edain during our modding run and have been on good terms with them. I don't see that Saruman model that Mathijs originally in this post either, but you were brazen enough to post it in the AOTR discord?

No one is angry, I'm just addressing the points you mentioned. There is always reasoning behind these decisions.

No one said removing a faction is an upgrade either by the way, the processes we undertake can literally be found all over the page, vanilla factions are taken out in order for them to be reworked to meet a new standard, it really shouldn't be so hard to understand ...

In anycase the task to just "restore" Angmar in it's current state is not something a beginner could probably do.

You know what is quite annoying? When people equate the removal of a faction to being a "downgrade".

If you've realized from previous editions the mod only released with 3 factions Gondor, Mordor, and Isengard, the other factions were disabled because they did not meet the new requirements for being a faction in AOTR, whether that was art quality or simply the faction's contents.
When we do "add back" factions they are completely changed.

Also the point of Angmar not being there is because it is clearly and canonically stated that Angmar was destroyed a long time before the events of The Hobbit or The War of the Ring.
Might also add that under the hood, the faction slot is being reworked into becoming Haradwraith. So in short if you re enable Angmar you'll get an incomplete and underpowered faction, so best just learn to deal with it.

Unfortunately it isn't that simple, you'll have to edit the Gondorian Captain model and add the axe there as well.

Locate the data\ini folder,
open the commandset.ini with notepad,
locate EvilPortCommandSet & GoodPortCommandSet and remove the comma (" ; ") from in front of the bombard ships number.

The ships will be back at the docks when you launch the game now.

The ai bug will basically be fixed next version.

At the moment we've they are only available in the Dol Amroth map, as for a baseline unit, probably not.
