Also the scorpion death makes the game lag to ungodly proportions. It is the ultimate game ender.

Wow just wow. I remember playing this mod ages ago and i have to say i has come a very long way well done! Congrats on getting 2 new Factions in the game i have heard that is a very difficult task to do properly and you seem to have pulled it off.

So far the only issue I have had is when loading a game it reverts to some tiny resolution. But apart from that i have only had 1 or 2 ctds.

From my experience the larger the country the harder it is to govern and the more open to corruption and a slide into police states. Communism in its current forms does not work. This is not to say in the future it still will not. But as we are now and as it is now there is no way it could work.

Speech be it hateful or intellectual should not be censored. But another issue is people should have the ability to remain silent and choose not to answer questions. In this regard however the australian government disagrees with me

I'm i the only heretic here? I have absolutely nothing against consoles except their inability to mod. Its great being able to have a few mates around for some split screen fun, and that is something you simply cant have on pc.

All that being said I still prefer PC. Its better, faster and stronger, but consoles still have there place. However there can't mod them so let me try...

Alternative system works well in theory. I think it would work even better if there was not compulsory voting. But the average voter will still go for one of the big 2 parties. Over recent years we have seen a trend towards smaller parties getting more vote. Which gives hope but they're are still huge amounts of people are simply not being represented in parliament at the moment.

Still you are right the Alternative vote system is far better then nothing.

Just tried out the game against myself (opened it up twice on the same comp) Seems like it has a huge amount of potential and already has a good foundation. A few things i would like to see:
Maybe at some point some fighter squadrons.
A larger size difference between ships.
The ability to turn of the spinning universe. (A feature i bloody love, brilliant thinking)
Flagship or ships. Either you can just build one or each planet can have there own flagship.
(Edit) And some unit collision will be nice. But i see you guys are working on that

I would love to have a match with someone at some point too :D This is a great looking game that i will definitely be watching.

As the australian election comes to a close i have to agree with this :/

My faith in democracy as it is now is none existent. We have dug ourselves a deep hole which we cant simply vote our way out of. From people i have talked to from the U.K and U.S seem to share similar sentiments.

I leave you with my thought on this matter. The difference between are one party state and a two party state is the illusion of choice.

I feel like everyone is forgetting China. China has also said that they are going to get involved if america launches military action.

Also I find the double standards of the american government laughable. they are 100% fine with the rebels using gas but the second it is "alleged" the the government uses it they are ready to launch missiles.

This is all one big game to the U.S they want to get at Iran because it is fighting against the Oil dollar the last thing keeping the U.S economy going.

Edit: Did you guys use the great dictator speech one of those lines? It sounded damn familiar. One other question this was all ingame footage however did you guys put any filtering over it? If not it looks incredible great to see how far it has come!
