Looks great, but about language:
СОСТОЯНИЕ:АВТОНОМНАЯ is kinda wrong in russian, wrong gender. More correct would be состояние:автономное.
Продаю means i'm selling something now. Продать or Продажа will be a right word there.
Союзы would be better than Союз.
Also there's no need for ИЗ in ВЫХОД.
Definitely not "no one", thats my favorite RA2 Mod,
I redownload it yesterday (after it was reaploaded on 14 feb), all is fine for me now in GDI4 (I had wrong textures before).
But if you say so, then ok, sry for disinformation.
