But I'm a bit confused in your mention of a glitch: "There is a glitch however, if you get the key in the room above(where the hatch door is) the area with the orbs and go out to one of the doors where you have to insert the key you have the door won't open, it glitches the game's continuum."
It sounds like you found the Key that Mr.Wilkinson asked you to find. Now you need to return it to him. In other words: You need to leave the mansion WITH the key.
