It's more of a running joke than a game.
Every gameplay element is a joke on the state of AAA gaming, without actually making any of those gameplay elements fun.
The final boss is more involved in the new content patch, although it no more fun than the first one.
I wouldn't bother trying to find all the DLC and awardments because I bet you it's going to just be more jokes on the industry, something which DLC Quest already has in abundance and spending even more time trying to collect everything just to be told when to laugh, and why, (Because I'm apparently not clever enough to catch subtle humor?) just draws out the inevitable. This is a shallow game that has exactly 1 joke; "DLC is bad, let's point and make fun of it in an incredibly obvious way!"
If you want a few chuckles early on and then tons of needless repetitive gameplay, go ahead. It's not expensive and it is good for a few laughs. (The Humble Indie Bindle given to a certain bearded man deep in a mine was funny. :) )
